地方形象建设位于萧山创新城，毗邻湖泊，是增添江南水乡智慧感的景观优势。人字形倾斜屋顶和极简白色墙壁和黑色瓷砖元素产生逼真的视觉印象，形成整体连续和有节奏的画面。入口由模仿的木杆元件制成，形成半透明的窗帘效果。建筑立面与景观的小场景结合创造了江南山水的美好图景。
