Text description provided by the architects. The project site is located in the old town streets, Daebong-dong, Jung-gu, Daegu. In 2010, the composition of the surrounding streets as singer Kim Kwang-Seok, many young people have come to enjoy on weekend. While voluntary lively cafes around the community center, a new street cafe was formed.

3.Shin Kyungsu

楼面面积比例为220%合法。一座四层高的建筑可以建造高达546㎡。然而，客户想要的总建筑面积约为200㎡大楼。租金收入不是目的，客户正计划直接经营一家面包店和咖啡馆。因此，它的设计面积只有法律的三分之一，能够很好地与建筑的邻里氛围融为一体。

3.Shin Kyungsu
