Workshop/APD 于 1999 年创立，总部位于纽约。这家多学科设计公司，汇聚 100 位建筑师、室内与产品设计师 ，业务涵盖建筑、室内、产品设计等领域。其设计风格不受限，追求创新且注重与项目所在地历史文化融合，在豪华住宅、商业开发等项目中成果斐然，曾多次斩获行业奖项 。

NANTUCKET HARBORFRONT

与自然相拥

在一片能够俯瞰海港的迷人地块上，这座房屋经历了一次全面翻新，成功为我们的客户打造出了一所位于楠塔基特岛的 “永恒家园”。这座房屋最初建于 20 世纪 90 年代，原有的建筑结构由几座大山墙构成，需要将这些部分与扩建后的区域相连接，并进行现代化改造与更新，从而获得外观上的整体协调性。

On a stunning plot overlooking the harbor, this house underwent a gut renovation to create a Nantucket “forever home” for our clients. Originally built in the 1990s, the existing structure, comprised of several large gables that needed to be tied into the expanded footprint, was modernized and refreshed for a cohesive look.

走进房屋内部，流畅的曲线设计元素为焕新后的内饰增添了独特魅力。陈列其中的画廊级别的家具，巧妙地营造出一种通风轻盈、别具一格的楠塔基特风格氛围。

Inside, a curved language elevates the updated interiors. Gallery level-furnishings offer an artful take on airy Nantucket style.

餐厅位于客厅旁，一张实木餐桌搭配简约设计的餐椅，可容纳多人用餐。

The dining room is located next to the living room, with a solid wood dining table paired with minimally-designed dining chairs that can accommodate multiple diners.

厨房紧邻餐厅，采用中岛台设计，中岛台不仅增加了操作台面，还可作为早餐吧台或临时的社交互动区域。这种一体化布局极大地增强了空间的通透感，使整个公共区域显得开阔明亮，同时方便家庭成员在不同活动中相互交流与协作。

Adjacent to the dining room, the kitchen is designed with a middle island that not only adds a countertop, but also serves as a breakfast bar or a temporary area for social interaction. This integrated layout greatly enhances the sense of transparency of the space, making the entire public area appear open and bright, and at the same time, it is convenient for family members to communicate and collaborate in different activities.

一段引人注目的楼梯由纹理丰富的石膏打造而成，盘旋而下，外侧还包裹着深色染色木材制成的第二道栏杆。再生木材、经钢丝刷处理的漆制橡木、布满条纹的石材以及钢制镶板等材质的运用，赋予了这座住宅丰富且有质感的物质表达。

A dramatic staircase descends in textured plaster, wrapped in a second banister of dark stained wood. Reclaimed timber, wire brushed painted oak, all-over striated stone, and steel paneling give the home a rich materiality.

卧室整体以米白色为主色调，米白色的墙面营造出温馨柔和的氛围，给人一种宁静、放松的感觉，

就像回到了最安心的港湾。

在装饰细节上，卧室的灯具选择了简约的吊灯和壁灯，灯光柔和温暖，为卧室增添了一份浪漫的氛围。

The whole bedroom is mainly beige color, and the beige wall creates a warm and soft atmosphere, giving people a quiet and relaxed feeling, like returning to the most peaceful harbor. In terms of decorative details, the bedroom lamps choose simple chandeliers and wall lamps, the light is soft and warm, adding a romantic atmosphere to the bedroom.

卫生间采用干湿分离设计，淋浴区使用玻璃隔断与其他区域隔开，地面铺设防滑瓷砖，确保使用安全。浴缸则选用了独立式的浴缸，放置在窗边，让居住者在泡澡时能够欣赏到美丽的风景，享受惬意时光。

The bathroom adopts dry and wet separation design, the shower area is separated from other areas by glass partition, and the ground is laid with non-slip tiles to ensure safe use. The bathtub is a freestanding bathtub, which is placed next to the window, so that the occupants can enjoy the beautiful scenery and enjoy the comfortable time while taking a bath.
