都市更新的浪潮在每座城市刻下相似的痕迹。无数地块被快速重塑，混凝土的丛林在图纸上生长，又在图纸上被抹去。而无间设计选择将长期主义的专注倾注于专业研究与作品本身的创新，以设计回应中国城市演进、地产转型与生活方式的变化，以设计驱动城市更新、赋能地块价值。

这片土地真正需要什么，它沉睡的记忆该如何被唤醒，未来生活于此的人们将如何与它的过往对话？

无间设计围绕浐灞河畔独特的自然与人文肌理，因地制宜进行在地化演绎。我们主张以设计消融社区的物理与心理边界，积极呼应都市更新的时代命题，从而真正激发社区的生活力与发展潜能。设计以“水岸雅集”为核心灵魂，引导人们直观地感受经典、聆听水岸，唤起关于水岸生活最本真的感官记忆，最终塑造一种超越传统居住概念、具备高度获得感与归属感的“新一代水岸生活”。

The tide of urban renewal leaves similar marks on every city. Yet W.DESIGN chooses long-term dedication to research and innovation, responding to urban evolution and shifting lifestyles through design—driving renewal and unlocking site value. What does this land truly need? How might its dormant memories be awakened? Along the Chanba riverfront, we engage in site-specific interpretation, dissolving boundaries within communities and awakening the vitality of place. Guided by the spirit of a "riverside gathering," we evoke authentic sensory memories of waterfront living—shaping a new generation of riverside life that transcends convention, offering profound belonging.

浐河与灞河蜿蜒相依，河水携带着秦岭的寒意与历史的温度，缓缓穿过关中平原。清晨时分，对岸的景物在雾气中若隐若现。雾气贴着水面缓缓流淌，带着河水的凉意与泥土的湿润。这里是北方城市中难得的河岸资源。千百年来，灞水见证了诗人在此灞柳送别，这是属于长安的浪漫，带着时间往复的期待。

这片区域曾承载繁盛，也曾经历失序。长期无序发展，让浐灞遍布杂乱的荒草、堆积的废弃物。而后，生态治理让水质重归清澈，植被复育让两岸重现绿意。宏观角度上，大规模的建设让城市界面焕然一新，现代而便利。然而，在情感的角度而言，人们却发现，那些属于古都的记忆，那些与水岸亲密相关的日常体验，正在悄然流失。

当代城市更新中，传统高周转项目所呈现的范式化设计，似乎已逐渐失去了创新的启发性。无间设计，以“新一代水岸生活”为切入点，追溯在地文化的脉络，以东西交融的包容性、工艺极致的专注力、自然与人文的共生关系，在五感与旧时记忆之间，簇生出一种追寻长期主义的空间原型。

The Chan and Ba rivers wind through the plain, carrying history and mountain chill. At dawn, mist drifts over the water—a rare northern resource. For millennia, these shores witnessed poets farewells beneath willows, a romance woven into Changans memory. This land thrived, then fell to neglect. Years of disorder left banks overgrown, until restoration returned clarity to waters and green to shores. Today, renewal has transformed the city—modern, efficient. Yet something faded: the intimate memories of riverside life. In an era of formulaic design, W.DESIGN pursues a different path. Through "new generation riverside living," we trace local culture, weaving East and West, craft and nature—cultivating a spatial archetype rooted in enduring values.

西安是十三朝古都，一座历史底蕴与传统连接极强的城市。历史上，文人墨客常以“雅集”为名，于水畔林间吟诗作赋。这背后所代表与传承的，是中国知识分子对精神高度的追求，是一种超越时空的生活智慧——在“雅”的仪式中，实现人与文化、自然的深度对话。设计需要在历史厚蕴与现代文明之间寻找一种平衡的记忆表达。自然拙朴的画面、具有时间感的材质，伴随着悠扬的音乐的节奏，开启一场水岸园林漫游。

Xian, an ancient capital of thirteen dynasties, holds deep historical memory. Here, scholars once gathered by rivers for "elegant gatherings"—composing poetry, seeking spiritual dialogue with nature. Design now seeks balance between past and present: rustic textures, aged materials, and music guide a journey through riverside gardens.

我们以一场“雅集”串联空间。

晨光初照，青铜大门缓缓开启。

门扇上不规则的穿孔透出内部的光影，形成内外空间的对话。

六边形瑞士翡翠大理石门把手，凉意触及掌心，似深秋晨露浸润玉石的温度，从指尖向掌心缓慢蔓延。掌心贴合上去的瞬间，历史的大门被悄然推开。情绪的铺陈在此刻完成，欢迎每一位宾客进入一场历史的聚会。

At dawn, bronze doors part. Light filters through irregular perforations, connecting inside and beyond. A hexagonal jade handle meets the palm—cool as autumn dew, history quietly opens. The threshold crossed, each guest enters a gathering across time.

踱步而下，光芒自高处倾洒。在静穆中感受磅礴之力充盈于每一寸空气，那些被光照射的区域，石材的纹理清晰可见；隐在阴影中的部分保持着自己的沉默，等待下一刻被照亮。

Descending slowly, light pours from above. In the stillness, a quiet power fills the air. Where light falls, the stones veining reveals itself clearly; what lies in shadow keeps its silence, waiting to be illuminated next.

艺术楼梯打破传统空间的静态感，随着人的脚步移动，视线在空间中流动，使空间在垂直方向上得到延展与层叠的韵律。

The sculptural staircase breaks the static nature of traditional spaces—as one ascends, the gaze flows through shifting perspectives, extending the space vertically and layering it with rhythmic depth.

沙盘区是一处挑高的空间。无间设计研究室特别研发的四十九盏吊灯，以唐代“海兽葡萄镜”为灵感塑造独特轮廓。光源向上发散，在天花板上晕染出斑驳的光斑。那些光斑不是均匀的，而是中心明亮、边缘渐隐，如同古铜镜面反射出的朦胧光影。

The model display area is a double-height space. Forty-nine pendant lights, specially developed by W.DESIGN, take their delicate silhouettes from the Tang dynastys "Hai Shou Pu Tao Jing" (Sea Creature Grape Bronze Mirror). The light diffuses upward, casting dappled spots across the ceiling—not uniform, but bright at the center and fading at the edges, like the hazy glow reflected from an ancient bronze mirror.

层层空间交错穿透，人在其间行进穿梭，每次驻足仰首，空间在眼前交错且流变，漫步于园林之中，那份熟悉的游园体验从记忆深处被悄然唤醒，目光在远近高低间游走，身体在有限中感知无限。

Layers of space weave through one another. Moving within, pausing and looking up, the vista unfolds and transforms—a garden stroll stirs quietly from deep memory. The eye wanders between near and far, high and low; the body, though bounded, senses the infinite.

人语喧尘市，鸡声度石梁。云溪平似镜，楼榭映波光。——潘振华《晓过白云渡》

诗人描绘的是秋凉的清晨，薄霜未消，半船清辉。闹中取静的河流溪畔，耳畔是远处尘市渐起的人语喧哗，石桥那边传来报晓鸡鸣，声声清亮。人语、尘市的俗世声响，与柳岸、秋林、清流的山野景致，和谐地统一在一起。世俗与理想，热闹与休闲，城市与山林，归隐与入世，在水岸取得一种完美的平衡。

浐灞水岸的生活本该如此。

The poet paints an autumn morning—frost on reeds, half a boat of moonlight. By the quiet river, the citys distant hum awakens, a rooster crows beyond the stone bridge. Voices blend with willow shores and autumn woods—a harmony of worlds. Mundane and ideal, bustle and ease, city and grove—here by the water, all find balance. This is life on the Chanba riverside.

竹木包裹的悬垂白色灯体在夜色中跃动暖光，那光穿过竹丝肌理被滤成温润的晕，一团一团悬浮在暗处。水面倒映灯火与星空，灯火是暖黄的暖，星光是银白的冷，它们在水中交融、荡漾，微风拂过时碎成千万片光点，又缓缓重新聚合。石阶没入浅滩，每一级都因常年浸润而泛着水光。

正如旧时记忆中的一川秋月荡空青，夜深剪烛诗初就，客有谈玄酒乍醒。那是属于西安的诗赋与浪漫的水岸场景——月光下吟诗作赋，悠然而自得。

Bamboo-wrapped pendants glow warmly in the night, their light filtered through reeds into soft halos floating in the dark. Water mirrors both lamplight and stars—amber and silver-white mingling, rippling, shattering at the slightest breeze, then slowly gathering again. Stone steps glisten from years of immersion. It recalls an old verse: "An autumn moon sways across the empty blue; deep in the night, a poem is born by candlelight." This is Xians riverside romance—verses composed under moonlight, unhurried and at ease.

赤脚踏在火山岩砌筑的地面之上，微凉而粗粝的感觉从足底传来，刺激着足底的神经末梢，唤醒一种原始的、与大地直接接触的感知，如同溪流旁漫步时脚下砂石的真实记忆。望向那一池清澈见底的水面，让人情不自禁希望更加亲近，走入其中。

Barefoot on volcanic stone—a cool, rough sensation rises from the soles, awakening something primal: direct contact with earth, like childhood creek stones remembered. Before me, crystalline water mirrors sky and clouds, inviting me in.

顶部天光透过水面在岩壁投下枝桠影画——鸟鸣、溪流、风过林梢。鸟鸣清亮而短促，像露珠从叶片滑落的声音；风过林梢轻柔而悠远，带着树叶摩擦的沙沙声。

林海被框成巨幅画卷，野趣盎然。曲折的小径通向幽深处，层林堆叠，叠瀑飞溅。小径路面由天然石板铺成，每块形状各不相同，缝隙间长着细细的青苔。叠瀑水声由远及近，从隐约可闻的潺潺声逐渐变成清晰的哗啦声。吾郡赏心惟此地，诗情画意两相兼。这便是浐灞水岸给予我们的诗情与画意。

Light filters through, casting branch-shadows on stone walls. And sounds: birdsong, bright and brief, like dew slipping from leaves; a stream murmuring; wind through treetops, soft and distant, leaves brushing in a gentle hush.

The forest spreads like a vast painted scroll, wild and untamed. A winding path leads deep into the trees—layer upon layer of woods, cascading waterfalls splashing below. The path is paved with natural stone slabs, each unique in shape, fine moss growing in the gaps. The sound of the falls draws nearer, from a distant murmur to a clear, rushing cascade. In my town, the heart delights only here—Poetry and painting together appear. This is the verse and vision the Chanba riverside bestows.

“曲江宴”是唐代雅集的代表，当时长安最具影响力的名士雅集之一。文人们在曲江宴上即兴赋诗，相互唱和。那是一种“游宴”的形式，众人一起游走，一边观赏曲江边烟水明媚、春花烂漫的景致，一边品尝佳肴美味。而游宴的本质，是流动的欢愉，是身体在空间中行走时感官被不断唤醒的过程。

The "Qujiang Banquet" stood as a quintessential elegant gathering of the Tang dynasty—one of Changans most influential assemblies of literati. Scholars would compose verses on the spot, responding to one another in poetic dialogue. It took the form of a "wandering feast": guests moved freely through the landscape, taking in the misty waters and spring blossoms along the Qujiang shore while savoring fine delicacies. The essence of such a wandering feast lies in its fluid joy—a continuous awakening of the senses as the body moves through space.

因此，我们以一场“游宴”展开空间中的漫游。

我们以东方人的礼仪款待来客，每一隅空间皆可驻足观赏与探索，不断引发对远方的想象，悄然鼓动人向前行走。在有限的空间中透过身体的感知触碰无穷，感受咫尺之间的远意，将雅集的乐趣被转换成空间中的一种深层体验——主动地游走、发现、感受。

Thus, we unfold the journey as a "wandering feast." Every corner invites pause and discovery—evoking distant horizons, gently urging one forward. Within finite space, the body touches the infinite; through the senses, a subtle distance unfolds. The joy of the gathering becomes a deeper experience: active wandering, discovery, felt presence.

诗赋

游宴从诗歌创作与交流开始。6.25米挑高的客厅空间，阳光从高处倾泻，将环绕式沙发组、西厨岛台、宴会餐桌依次照亮，它们精准地排列在同一条中轴线上。整面玻璃将庭院引入室内，树影在沙发上缓缓游移，风从室外潜入，带着泥土与青草的气息。在自然与舒适的环境中，主人与宾客都情不自禁地愿意抒发情感，分享思绪，一人在楼下，一人在楼上，隔空对诗，悠扬的声音在挑高的空间里回荡。

The feast of wandering begins with poetry. In the living room with its soaring ceiling, sunlight pours down, illuminating the sofas, kitchen island, and banquet table in sequence—all aligned on a single axis. A full glass wall brings the courtyard inside; tree shadows drift across the sofas as wind slips in with the scent of earth and grass. In this natural ease, host and guests share thoughts across the void—one downstairs, another upstairs—their voices echoing through the open space.

雅宴

宴会餐厅可以根据场景变化满足不同形式的宴饮需求。圆桌之上，餐具的瓷质在灯光下泛着温润光泽，指尖轻触能感受到釉面如凝脂般的细腻。酒杯相碰时发出清脆悠长的声响，食物的香气从盘中升腾，与窗外飘来的草木气息交织。古老的游宴传统，那些曲江池畔的诗篇与酒香，在此刻转化为今人对精致生活的沉浸体验。

The dining room adapts to any feast. On the round table, porcelain glows warmly; fingertips sense the glazes supple texture. Glasses meet with a clear, lingering chime. Aromas rise from the plates, mingling with garden scents drifting in. An ancient tradition of wandering feasts—those poems and wine by Qujiang—is transformed into an immersive experience of refined living today.

品茗

宴席之后，步入庭院。阳光穿过枝叶的缝隙，在桌面投下斑驳光影。热水注入壶中，茶叶在水中缓缓舒展，释放出清幽的香气。茶汤从清亮渐渐变得浓郁，又在反复冲泡中慢慢变淡。茶香在唇齿间流转。庭院里有风拂过叶梢的沙沙声，有落叶飘坠的微响，有友朋闲谈时的笑声，与茶香一同在午后的空气中浮动。

After the banquet, step into the courtyard. Sunlight filters through leaves, casting shifting patterns. Hot water meets tea; leaves unfurl, releasing fragrance. The brew deepens, then slowly fades. Aroma lingers on the tongue. Wind rustles through leaves; a leaf falls with a soft whisper; friends exchange laughter—all drifting together with the scent of tea through the afternoon..

观游

沿着古铜旋转楼梯盘旋而下，每一步都带来视线的转换。铜质扶手经过氧化处理，表面呈现出深浅不一的斑驳肌理，手掌贴合上去，能感受到氧化层的细微起伏。射灯从上方洒下，光线沿着扶手的弧线流淌，在每一个凹陷与凸起处折射出层次丰富的金属光泽。随着脚步下降，视野在楼梯的螺旋结构中不断打开——时而透过扶手的间隙瞥见楼下的另外一个世界，时而被墙面遮挡只留一线光影。

Descending the spiral bronze staircase, each step shifts perspective. The aged copper handrail bears a mottled texture; the palm feels its subtle undulations. Light flows along its curve, refracting at every hollow and rise. With each step, the view opens and closes—now glimpsing another world below, now reduced to a sliver of light.

流觞

地下沙龙，通高火炉以仿古铜锻造，铜面经过特殊氧化处理，火光在其中跳跃时，那光泽便在铜面上流转，忽明忽暗，如同时光本身的呼吸。围坐在炉火旁，能听见火焰轻微的噼啪声，暖意从炉膛向外扩散，将整个空间包裹。瑞士翡翠大理石的基座如一方璞玉，墨绿与雪白的天然纹理在火光映照下愈发清晰，那些蜿蜒的纹路像是大地深处河流的脉络。琥珀色的酒液在水晶瓶中折射着炉火的光，杯中冰块碰撞的细响与炉火的噼啪声交织，话语在温暖的空气中缓缓流淌。

In the underground salon, a full-height hearth is forged in antique bronze. Firelight shifts across its surface—now bright, now dim—like the breath of time. Gathered around, one feels warmth spreading, enveloping. The Swiss jade base reveals veining of dark green and snow-white in the firelight, like rivers flowing deep in the earth. Whiskey amber catches the glow; ice clinks, mingling with the crackle of flames. Conversation flows in the warm, still air.

鉴藏

家族收藏的当代艺术品与古董珍玩散落于空间各处，每一件都在光影中静默。当炉火的光晕投射在折角屏风上，明暗交错间，整个空间便有了剧场般的层次。那些藏品被火光映照，轮廓在暖色中变得柔软，与人目光相遇时，仿佛也有了呼吸。中国传统文人美学中的归隐追求，对自然美景的回归，对生活的淡泊态度，对美的不懈追求，在此刻凝聚成真实可触的生活，让我们回归水岸深处最本真的宁静。

Family collections of art and antiquities rest throughout the space in light and shadow. When firelight falls upon the folding screen, light and dark intertwine—lending a theatrical depth. Warmed by the fire, the collected pieces seem almost to breathe. The literatis pursuit of retreat, the return to nature, the relentless pursuit of beauty—all converge here into tangible life, leading us back to the truest serenity at the heart of the riverside.

“新一代水岸生活"，既是指向未来的生活方式，又是在当下回望经典。它有根基，也有期许。

站在河岸边，听着水声，看着河水的流淌。沧浪之水清兮，可以濯我缨。河水清洗的，何尝不是我们身处尘世的繁杂？在这样真实的水岸生活中，我们得以悠然而自得，隐逸于城中却又与天地相连。

我们不由地去反思：尽管时代在不断进步，传统文化的珍贵永远不会被遗忘。无间设计以对场所的深刻理解、对使用者心理的敏锐把握、对文化与气候变量的精准回应，打造出极具个性化与差异化的解决方案。源于对这片土地最深切的设计，会让这些记忆重新显现，让它们彼此对话，让它们在未来继续生长

The "new generation of riverside living" looks to the future while honoring the past—rooted, yet full of promise. Standing by the river, listening to its flow, we find ourselves cleansed of worldly dust. Here, we are at ease—secluded within the city, yet connected to the sky. Times may change, but tradition endures. With deep understanding of place and people, W.DESIGN crafts solutions where memories re-emerge, converse, and continue to grow.
