优山美地 A 区，这栋位于北京中央别墅区核心的私人大宅，面积1800㎡，山和设计创始人-设计总监，何山老师的设计以 “重塑格局，蕴生能量” 为谱，让自然极简的空间成为“生活的钢琴”。而流动的琴，正是串联起每一寸能量的隐形线索，他用空间的“旋律线"“和弦感”“转调美”，造了一处能与自然共鸣、与生活共舞的“能量乐章”。

Youshan Meidi A District, this private mansion located in the core of Beijings central villa area, covers an area of 1800 square meters. The founder and design director of Shanhe Design, Mr. He Shan, designed it with the theme of "reshaping the pattern and generating energy", making the natural and minimalist space the "piano of life". And the flowing qin is the invisible thread that connects every inch of energy. He uses the spatial "melody lines," "chord sense," and "modulation beauty" to create an "energy movement" that resonates with nature and dances with life.

挑高客厅是能量的

核心场域

推开大宅的入户门，格局的巧思便如脉络般铺开，玄关以低饱和度的墙面延伸，与客厅的挑高空间形成“收-放”的韵律，如呼吸般自然。从玄关到客厅，动线无多余转折，却因空间尺度的变化，划分出“过渡-沉浸-互动”的节奏，让归家的能量从外到内，逐步沉淀。

Pushing open the entrance door of the mansion, the ingenious layout unfolds like veins: the entrance hall extends with low saturation walls, forming a rhythm of "collection and release" with the high space of the living room, as natural as breathing. From the entrance to the living room, there is no unnecessary turning point in the flow, but due to the change in spatial scale, a rhythm of "transition immersion interaction" is divided, allowing the energy of returning home to gradually settle from the outside to the inside.

何山老师打造的“能量空间”超越了传统的功能空间概念，它更关注空间对人的精神影响，是场域与心灵的共鸣。

The "Energy Space" created by Teacher He Shan goes beyond the traditional concept of functional space. It focuses more on the spiritual impact of space on people and is a resonance between the field and the soul.

客厅7米的纵向尺度，让天光自由穿梭；横向以“模块式沙发组”界定互动区，浅米色布艺与棕色皮质的碰撞，既显极简质感，又暗藏温度层次。

The vertical scale of 7 meters in the living room allows the sky to freely shuttle; Horizontally defining the interactive area with a "modular sofa group", the collision of light beige fabric and brown leather not only creates a sense of simplicity, but also hides a temperature hierarchy.

从二楼俯瞰，客厅、过厅、休闲区呈“三角互动格局”，钢琴如艺术品般静置，为空间注入艺术能量，让公共区的“欢聚能量”与“艺术能量”相互滋养。

Looking down from the second floor, the living room, hallway, and leisure area form a "triangular interactive pattern". The piano stands still like an artwork, injecting artistic energy into the space and nourishing the "gathering energy" and "artistic energy" of the public area.

自然极简

为能量注入松弛与秩序

最妙的是墙上那抹 “意外之笔” ，业主女儿的滑板静静悬着，粉色系板面似从生活里截取的鲜活切片，与空间的素净底色碰撞出 “成长与家居的温柔对话”。

The most wonderful thing is the "unexpected touch" on the wall. The skateboard of the owners daughter hangs quietly. The pink surface of the skateboard seems to be a fresh slice taken from life, and it collides with the plain background of the space to create a "gentle dialogue between growth and home."

顶部线性灯光漫过墙面，在墙面肌理上晕开朦胧光晕，让整个客厅的极简场域，既保有 “侘寂式” 的静谧，又因这抹年轻的色彩，流淌着不刻意的生动活力。

The top linear light spreads over the wall, creating a hazy halo on the texture of the wall, allowing the minimalist space of the entire living room to maintain the tranquility of the "wabi sabi" style, while also flowing with unintentional vitality due to this youthful color.

楼梯以“悬浮感 自然形态”嵌入格局：白色的螺旋楼梯如行云流水，扶手的弧度贴合人体动线；楼梯间的侧窗引入自然光线，踏步的石材与墙面的微水泥呼应，让向上的动线不仅是空间的连接，更是能量的递进。

The staircase is embedded in a pattern of "suspended feeling natural form": the white spiral staircase flows like clouds and water, and the curvature of the handrail conforms to the human bodys movement line; The side windows of the stairwell introduce natural light, and the stone of the steps echoes the micro cement of the walls, making the upward movement not only a spatial connection, but also a progression of energy.

楼梯间的“光之通道”是能量的亮点：侧窗的自然光与嵌入式线性灯交织，白天，光线沿楼梯斜面流淌，如自然的笔触在空间作画；夜晚，线性灯亮起，楼梯如发光的纽带，串联起公共区与私密区，让空间能量在流动中持续生长。

The "passage of light" in the stairwell is a highlight of energy: the natural light from the side windows interweaves with embedded linear lights, and during the day, the light flows along the slope of the staircase, like natural brushstrokes painting in space; At night, linear lights light up, and stairs act as glowing links, connecting public and private areas, allowing spatial energy to continue to grow in flow.

细节生韵

让能量渗透生活肌理

真正的能量空间，是细节对生活的“温柔响应”。这套大宅的每一处设计，都在默默滋养日常的能量。

TThe true energy space is the gentle response of details to life. Every design of this mansion silently nourishes the energy of daily life.

餐厅的圆形餐桌是“聚合能量”的载体：直径2米的天然石材桌面，边缘打磨成圆弧，触感温润；上方悬挂的“花瓣形吊灯”，灯光如自然光晕般向下聚拢，围坐用餐时，家人的交流更显亲密，食物的香气与话语的温度交织，构成“家的能量核心”。

The circular dining table in the restaurant is a carrier of "gathering energy": a natural stone tabletop with a diameter of 2 meters, polished into a circular arc at the edges, with a warm touch; The "petal shaped chandelier" hanging above gathers light downwards like a natural halo, making family communication more intimate when sitting around for a meal. The aroma of food and the warmth of words intertwine, forming the "energy core of home".

休闲区的“自然角”充满巧思：整面的落地玻璃窗，将庭院的绿意引入室内；材质天然质朴，人在此处阅读或静思时，窗外的树影与室内的静谧共鸣，让专注的能量中，也藏着自然的松弛。

The "natural corner" of the leisure area is full of ingenuity: the entire floor to ceiling glass windows bring the greenery of the courtyard into the interior; The material is natural and simple, and when people read or meditate here, the tree shadows outside the window resonate with the tranquility inside, allowing them to focus in the energy, there is also natural relaxation hidden.

阅读区如都市里的静谧绿洲，木质书架似知识的宝藏匣，满满当当的书籍与别致小物错落摆放，散发着沉静的文化气息。长桌造型简约却质感十足，搭配的座椅和长凳以温润皮革与利落线条，营造出舒适的落座体验。柔和光线盈满空间，窗边绿植更添几分生机，让整个区域温馨且充满能量，是家人沉浸书籍、为精神充电的理想之所。

The reading area is like a tranquil oasis in the city. The wooden bookshelves resemble treasure chests of knowledge, where a wealth of books and unique trinkets are arranged in a scattered yet orderly manner, exuding a serene cultural ambiance. The long table features a minimalist design yet boasts remarkable texture; paired with chairs and a bench crafted from warm leather and defined by clean lines, it creates a comfortable seating experience. Soft light fills the space, while green plants by the window add an extra touch of vitality, making the entire area warm and brimming with energy — an ideal spot for the family to immerse themselves in books and recharge their spirits.

能量藏于设计之间

地下空间的光影

一侧超尺度鱼缸里，水流如紫绢般垂落，与天光在玻璃界面碰撞、折射，让水的灵动与光的清透在此 “垂直共生”。

In one side of the super scale fish tank, the water flows down like purple silk, colliding and refracting with the sky light at the glass interface, allowing the agility of the water and the clarity of the light to coexist vertically here.

石材墙面的温润肌理、玻璃扶手的极简线条，都成了光与水的 “背景板”，让负层空间既保有地下场域的静谧，又因这 “天与水的对话”，生长出 “在地底触摸天空与河流” 的诗意能量。

The warm texture of the stone wall and the minimalist lines of the glass handrails have become the "background board" of light and water, allowing the negative space to maintain the tranquility of the underground field, while also growing the poetic energy of "touching the sky and river underground" through this "dialogue between heaven and water".
