In Seoul’s urban fabric, Songwoohun emerges as a poetic ode to bonsai and connection. Designed by Studio Eccentric, this 240 m² apartment takes its name from the client’s cherished request—to center life around a bonsai tree. Blending function, experience, color, and material, the renovation weaves the client’s global lifestyle with a longing for familial warmth, creating a space where rest, appreciation, and shared moments take root like the bonsai’s gentle roots.

在首尔的城市肌理中，松遇軒（Songwoohun）以一盆盆景与情感联结的诗意礼赞悄然绽放。由 Studio Eccentric 设计的这座 240 平方米公寓，得名于业主的核心诉求 —— 让生活围绕一盆盆景展开。设计融合功能、体验、色彩与材质，将业主常年旅居海外的生活轨迹与对家庭温暖的渴求交织，打造出一处休憩、赏玩与共享时光生根发芽的空间，恰如盆景那温润的根系。

The design breaks down barriers to foster connection. Demolishing the original wall between living and dining zones, a rectangular marble gate takes center stage—doubling as a fireplace and bench, it acts as a portal for interaction. Family and friends can converse seamlessly while dining or resting, erasing the divide between cooking, eating, and relaxing. This thoughtful rearrangement redefines the flow of daily life, turning separate spaces into a cohesive hub where every moment feels shared and intentional.

设计打破隔阂，只为滋养情感联结。拆除客厅与餐厅间的原始墙体后，一座矩形大理石景墙成为核心 —— 兼具壁炉与坐凳功能的它，宛如一处互动的门户。家人与友人可在用餐或休憩时自在交谈，消弭了烹饪、用餐与放松之间的界限。这场精心的空间重组重新定义了日常生活的动线，将孤立的区域转化为连贯的枢纽，让每一个瞬间都充满共享的意义与温度。

The dining zone is a masterclass in conversational design. Rejecting typical layouts, a custom U-shaped table fits the space perfectly: the client sits inside, adjacent to the kitchen, while guests occupy the outer three sides. This arrangement allows the host to engage in constant dialogue while preparing and serving food, turning meals into lively, inclusive gatherings. Every detail caters to the client’s desire for efficient communication, proving that functionality can deepen the joy of togetherness.

餐厅区域堪称对话式设计的典范。摒弃常规布局后，一张定制 U 型餐桌完美适配空间：业主坐在内侧，紧邻厨房，宾客则围坐外侧三边。这样的设计让主人在备餐与上菜的同时，仍能与宾客持续畅谈，将用餐时光转化为热闹而包容的相聚时刻。每一处细节都贴合业主对高效沟通的渴求，印证了功能性足以让相聚的喜悦愈发醇厚。

At the heart of the living zone, the bonsai tree reigns supreme—surrounded by a thoughtful mix of materials: mud panels, wood flooring, concrete, and rock-textured plaster. The contrast between warm browns and crisp whites creates a three-dimensional backdrop, drawing the eye to the bonsai’s delicate beauty. Linear elements intersect to articulate the space, while soft lighting from Flos, Vibia, and Santa - Cole enhances the textures, wrapping the area in a calm, contemplative atmosphere that invites quiet appreciation.

客厅的核心，是那盆傲然矗立的盆景 —— 周围环绕着精心甄选的材质：泥板、木地板、混凝土与岩石质感的灰泥。温暖的棕色与洁净的白色形成对比，构筑出立体的背景，让盆景的清雅之美愈发突出。线性元素交错勾勒空间轮廓，而 Flos、Vibia 与 Santa - Cole 的柔和灯光则强化了材质肌理，为整个区域裹上宁静而深邃的氛围，引人驻足静静赏玩。

The bedrooms extend the design language with a more serene mood. Layering the same materials and color palette from the public zones, walls and ceilings gain spatial depth, creating a calm retreat. Here, the focus shifts inward—away from socializing, toward pure relaxation. Every functional detail reflects the client’s lifestyle: from ergonomic layouts to soft lighting, the spaces cater to rest and rejuvenation, offering a peaceful counterpoint to the lively communal areas. It’s a balance of activity and calm, ensuring the home meets every need.

卧室区域延续了设计语言，却多了几分静谧安然。沿用公共区域的材质与色调，墙面与天花板通过层次叠加营造出空间深度，成为一处宁静的休憩之所。在这里，焦点从社交转向内在 —— 远离喧嚣，归于纯粹的放松。每一处功能细节都呼应着业主的生活习惯：从人体工学布局到柔和照明，空间全心服务于休憩与焕新，与热闹的公共区域形成和谐的动静平衡，让家的每一种需求都得到满足。

Songwoohun is more than an apartment—it’s a reflection of the client’s soul. Studio Eccentric has woven the love for bonsai, the joy of connection, and the need for rest into every corner. From the marble gate to the U-shaped table, from the bonsai’s backdrop to the bedrooms’ serene layers, the design honors the client’s personal story. It proves that a home can be both functional and poetic, a space where objects, people, and memories coexist in perfect harmony—just like the bonsai that inspired it all.

松遇軒早已超越了公寓的定义 —— 它是业主灵魂的镜像。Studio Eccentric 将对盆景的挚爱、对联结的喜悦与对休憩的渴求，编织进每一个角落。从大理石景墙到 U 型餐桌，从盆景的背景幕布到卧室的静谧层次，设计处处彰显着业主的个人叙事。它证明了家既可以兼具实用与诗意，也能成为物件、人潮与回忆和谐共生的空间 —— 恰如那株启迪了一切的盆景。
