Charity begins in the KitchenFifteen was founded by Jamie Oliver in 2002 as a means of giving unemployed young people the chance of a better  our successful design of the new Jamie’s Italian restaurant at Westfield, Blacksheep was commissioned to carry out the redesign of Fifteen London �C to coincide with an overall relaunch, including a new  restaurant features the same 28-strong team of professional chefs along with the year’s new apprentices �C the 9th group of young people to start Fifteen’s unique training programme since it was the subject of Channel 4’s ‘Jamie’s Kitchen’ series in 2002. All profits go to registered charity the Jamie Oliver Foundation, which funds its pioneering Apprentice  London continues to draw inspiration from Italy’s most exciting food destinations �C Campania, Tuscany, Piedmonte and Puglia �C and sees a refresh of its menu designs both upstairs in the Trattoria and downstairs in the flagship ’s primary aim with the new design was to make more of the site’s heritage, reconnecting the space to the building’s fabric and context. The resulting interior is contemporary and urban as well as rich, warm and welcoming.
