Text description provided by the architects. What shape of life can an architect suggest to people in a new town in which apartment complexes will be built? The location is the community living area in Gimpo Newtown. The building will be used for a neighbor hospital and other businesses, and we had an expectation that this building would be an open-space in such dense region.

我们想把莫达姆山附近的一系列自然景观、鸟类生态公园和汉江带入这座建筑。除了给定的建筑面积比外，我们还决定使用连接建筑内外空间的绿色空间来创造一个露台。

We wanted to bring the series of nature nearby Modam Mountain, the birds eco-park and Han River into the building. Besides the given Floor Area Ratio, we decided to use the green space that connects the inner and outer space of the building to create a terrace.

露台带来了周围的自然景观，以及它提供了一个内部景观与植物安装。我希望人们在48号高速公路上开车经过时，能找到这座建筑，不是带着路标，而是带着交叉梯田。

The terrace brings the landscape of the surrounding nature in, as well as it provides an inner landscape with the plants installed. I hope people will find this building while driving by on the 48-free way not with the signs but with the cross-terraces.
