Text description provided by the architects. The housing complex is set in a typical lot between party walls and meager dimensions (10 x 26m), implanted in the south Candioti neighborhood of the city of Santa Fe, a sector in transition, characterized by the mixture of uses between the low-density housing and industries in the area linked to the port activity from the early twentieth century.

The building is organized in two blocks built on two levels connected by an intermediate void, which houses the stairs and common spaces, with the limitation of the city building code that sets a maximum height of 9 meters.

The ground floor is open for public access, courtyards, garages and the provision of a two-room unit. On the upper floors are six apartments that vary in type ranging from two-rooms units and three-room duplex units.

On the front of the building, a parasol of anodized aluminum slats arranged in the balcony area filters the impact of the western sun.
