The massing of the three buildings was determined by the required density of the site, combined with the maximum permissible facade height. This was then split into three volumes, enabling the building to be constructed in three phases. Each of the three blocks can function independently during construction, however once complete the building will have a continuous circulation route around the entire complex. Between the new building and the existing canteen building, a public path is created to connect the streets on the North and South of the site.
