A PERMEABLE BUILDING.

这座建筑位于坎皮纳格兰德(Paraíba)，是为容纳CREA(工程理事会机构)的新总部而设计和建造的。

Located in Campina Grande (Paraíba) this building was designed and built to accommodate the new headquarters of CREA (Engineering Council Body).

预制混凝土透水“皮”不像通常的玻璃机构建筑，不透水和不透水。相反，它的透明性和轻盈性给现代国家机构推荐的整体建筑质量。

The precast concrete permeable “skin” does not resemble the usual glazed institutional buildings, impervious and impermeable. Instead its transparency and lightness give the whole building qualities recommended for the modern state institutions.

在里面，露台起着主要的作用-透明的，在主循环区域上用玻璃板覆盖，完全可以渗透到花园和底层的反射池上。

Inside, the patios play the main role – transparent and covered with glass panels over the main circulation areas, fully permeable over the garden and the reflective pool on the ground floor.

上层可容纳行政职能-分为两部分，由一条金属走廊连接，而底层则接受公共功能，有一个可作为演讲空间工作的多用途房间，最多可容纳150人。主大厅和其他区域是开放的，没有围栏，完全可渗透，所有的连接和分隔由其双重高度的内部庭院空间。

The upper floor accommodates the administrative functions - divided in two sections connected by a metallic walkway while the ground floor receives the public functions with a multipurpose room able to work as a lecture space, seating up to 150 people. The main hall and other areas are open and unfenced – totally permeable – and all connected and delimited by its double height internal patio space.
