Text description provided by the architects. The administration building of the IPMB firm is located on the main road of the village Konárovice close to the town of Kolín. The building form is a simple block which is undercut in two places in order to have atrium.

The lower floor works as a service base for the construction company, while the upper provide space for the offices. The used materials and the solution have been proposed as an example of how the accuracy of craft and attention to detail can be obtained in the implementation of commercial projects.

The main tool to achieve this impression was the use of the granted concrete bricks from the firm KB block, for both the load-bearing walls and the exterior cladding. The interior of the building is generously lit by large glazed surfaces with aluminum profiles. Hard materials and construction technique solutions are complemented by contrasting interior solutions - from monochrome seamless floor through cedar ceilings to solid wood furniture. The most striking element is the front polycarbonate cabinets in a bright green color.
