Treasure Cays is a new build beach front house which looks to appropriate the local vernacular style and add a contemporary use of materials, light and space. Located in The Bahamas, the house was designed by London studio Moreno Masey Architecture Studio.

The property has been designed over two stories which create opportunities for double height living spaces and mezzanine walkways. The spaces open out to the sea with balconies and terraces whilst expanses of glazing take advantage of the beautiful sea views.

该物业的设计有两层楼，为双高居住空间和阁楼走廊创造了机会。空间向大海开放，有阳台和露台，而广阔的玻璃利用美丽的海景。

It has been commissioned by two families and has two master suites over the sea and a large open plan living space. The house is used by local fishermen when the families are not in residence.
