Rattan is a bar-restaurant, located on the main road of Faliraki district in Rhodes. In Faliraki, the architectural anarchy and aesthetic confusion are dominant. Consequently, our main goal was to create an interesting, visually protected interior scene and a spacious shaded terrace. The exterior pergola was designed in such a way as to create a considerably high volume, unified with the main building, which creates minimal and balanced facades.
藤是一家酒吧餐厅，位于罗得岛法里拉基区的主要道路上。在法利拉基，建筑的无政府状态和审美混乱占主导地位。因此，我们的主要目标是创造一个有趣的，视觉保护的内部场景和一个宽敞的阴影露台。外观设计的方法是创造一个相当高的体积，统一的主要建筑，这创造了最小和平衡的正面。

Furthermore, by the placement of vertical wooden blinds on the lateral sides of the terrace we achieved camouflaging the ugliness of the neighboring buildings, while at the same time shading and protecting the terrace from the strong sun of the island during summer. Between the blinds and the building, a variety of plants contributes to the feeling of an outdoor garden and even more, functions as a natural filter against noise and air pollution and cools the terrace during the hot Greek summer days. The main bar is centrically placed on the terrace creating a more cocktail-bar atmosphere, having a bunch of rattan pendant lights on top, while on the top level, inside the building, there is the open kitchen which functions together with the interior bar that serves as a «delicatessen».
此外，通过在露台的侧面放置垂直的木质百叶窗，我们可以掩盖相邻建筑的丑陋，同时遮阳和保护阳台免受夏季的强烈阳光的影响。在百叶窗和建筑物之间，多种植物对户外花园的感觉有贡献，甚至更重要的是，用作防止噪音和空气污染的天然过滤器，并在炎热的希腊夏季冷却露台。主杆集中放置在露台上，创造了更多的鸡尾酒酒吧氛围，上面有一堆藤条吊灯，而在顶层，在建筑内部，有开放式厨房，与用作“熟食店”的内部酒吧一起起作用。
