The ICE Condominiums at York Centre, developed by Lanterra Developments in partnership with Cadillac Fairview, consist of two 57 and 67-storey towers that take inspiration from the classic beauty of modern Scandinavian design. With a unique curvilinear building style by architects Alliance, ICE emerges as a gleaming amalgam of smooth glass and metal from Toronto’s downtown core and is complemented by the refined, Nordic-inspired interiors designed by Studio Munge.
