Second chapter of my Taiwanese Schooling series, a personal project shot in Taiwan. Last year I visited South Korea and got fascinated about Korean schools and elements like symmetries, colors, the alphabet, the sports... so when I had the opportunity to visit Taiwan I decided to visit schools in order to check for a possible continuity. This series is shot in Taichung, and although the general aesthetics are pretty similar to the Korean Schooling series, there are a few differences I found relevant: the national flag is not so much present as it was in South Korean schools. And the main sport to practice in the playgrounds in Taiwan is basketball, while in South Korea was football. Also, there are not as many clocks in Taiwanese schools. And of course, the trees are different, as the climate is as well a little bit.
我的“台湾教育”系列的第二章，一个在台湾拍摄的个人项目。去年我去过韩国，对韩国的学校和元素如对称、颜色、字母表、体育等感兴趣.因此，当我有机会访问台湾时，我决定去学校看看是否有可能延续下去。这个系列是在台中拍摄的，虽然一般的美学与“韩国教育”系列相当相似，但我发现有几个不同之处：国旗没有韩国学校那么多。在台湾，在操场上练习的主要运动是篮球，而在韩国，主要的运动是足球。此外，台湾学校的时钟也不多。当然，树木是不同的，因为气候也有一点不同。
