Designed to be the tallest building in Canada, the mixed-use 385 Yonge Street will rise 98 stories in Toronto’s bustling downtown district.

The sleek, sculptural form is free of balconies and clad in high-quality glass, making it a timeless and elegant addition to Toronto’s skyline. On the 42nd floor, a small terrace gives the south side of the building a distinctive notch, highlighting the amenities located on the level. The existing three-story heritage site has been preserved, with a rectilinear, rational podium rising above it, mimicking the original structure’s form in a new material.

The new addition to Toronto’s vibrant downtown will feature a mix of office, retail, and residential space, including 957 condominium suites. Additionally, two levels of below-grade retail will be available with a connection to Toronto’s below-grade pedestrian corridor system, PATH.
