As the new urban center of Suzhou City, Jinjihu business district has witnessed the development process of industrialization transformation, urbanization acceleration and internationalization promotion

of Suzhou Industrial Park. It is the core area leading the high-quality development and innovations of Suzhou Industrial Park. It highlights the vitality and fashion of the city, Suzhou. When the gorgeous lights are starting to be on, the high-rise buildings with bright lights are reflected on the sparkling lake, the charm of modern Suzhou is admirable.

苏州自古是以湖为城市发展脉络。一路沿水开发城市建设，水与价值高地似乎画上了等号。金鸡湖东 CBD商圈中海财富大厦46层，140米的高度，360度的高空视野，于云端之上俯瞰城市，将东方之门、金鸡湖景与姑苏最繁华商圈尽收眼底。不同建筑勾勒的天际线像音符一样，告知着这座城市最为动人的地方。

Suzhou has taken lakes as the context of urban development since ancient times. Developing urban construction all the way along the water, water and value level seem to be equated. The CBD business district of Jinji Lake East has a 46-floor Zhonghai Fortune Building, with a height of 140 meters and a 360 degree high-altitude view, overlooks the city from the clouds, takes a panoramic view of the Oriental gate, Jinji Lake and the most prosperous business district in Suzhou. The skyline outlined by different buildings, likes notes, tells the most moving place of the city.

Space time water gate

“我希望用黑暗且私密的入口通道，在强烈的阳光和金鸡湖畔迷人景色出现前创造出片刻的宁静。”关于电梯厅设想设计师这样说。

I wish to use the dark and private entrance, creating a quiet moment before the strong sunlight and the charming view of Jinji Lake coming out. About the assumption of elevator hall, the designer said so.

苏州建城引水入城，四围城垣上各开两道城门，由成对的水门和陆门组成，统称水陆八门。其中水门既可引水、亦可行舟。设计师以水门为设计构思，呼应苏州城市发展进程，这是一次历史与未来对话的时空穿梭。

Suzhou built city, diverted water into the city. Two gates were opened on each four walls around, which were composed of paired water gates and land gates, collectively referred as the eight gates of water and land. Among them, the water gate can not only divert water, but also sail. The designer takes Watergate as the design idea, echoing the urban development process of Suzhou, which is a time-space shuttle of dialogue between history and the future.

黑色大理石呈现的倒影似水波荡漾，狭小的走道空间与尽头开敞的空间形成欲扬先抑的节奏，搭配姑苏城发展史的具象化呈现。仿佛一场时间上的旅行，穿越时空，进入未来。

The reflection of black marble is like water waves waving around, the narrow corridor space and the open space at the end form a rhythm of depressing first before praising, which has been showed by the concretization matching with the Suzhou development history. Its like a journey in time, going through time and space, into the future.

Lounge in the air

“欣赏窗外的城市景观对这个空间来说太重要了。”通常来说，视线，远光和透明度能够吸引人继续向前。

Its too important for this space to enjoy the urban landscape outside the window. Generally speaking, sight, high beam and transparency can attract people to continuously move forward.

全景玻璃幕墙模糊了窗外城市景观与室内空间的边界，立柱与玻璃的构图分隔，形成了不同尺寸和不同景致的城市框景。临立隐约的建筑边界，若身处悬浮云端的天空之城。

The panoramic glass curtain wall blurs the boundary between the urban landscape outside the window and the indoor space, and the separation of column and glass, forms the urban frame landscape with different sizes and scenes. Close to the indistinct architectural boundary, just like being in the sky city with suspended clouds.

镜面天花 “借景”于室内，同时镜面材质将空间无限延伸，营造出虚实相结合的迷幻感与未来感。

The specular ceiling borrows the scenery indoors, and at the same time, the specular material extends the space infinitely, creating a psychedelic and future sense of the combination of virtual and real.

大自然切换天幕的色调，关于未来，充满了想象力与憧憬，高空之上静享云端美景，自然与新生会为生活带来灵感之源。

Nature changes the hue of the sky curtain, about the future, fulls of imagination and vision. Enjoy the beautiful scenery in the clouds above the sky. Nature and rebirth will bring inspiration to life.

Outside the window is the world, inside the window is life

在140米的高空居高临下，俯瞰华美壮阔的城市天际线，城市的流光溢彩尽揽于眼中。位居金字塔顶端的人群，已经实现了物质富足，能够打动他们的，应是文化与艺术的极致诉求。

Standing on a height of 140 meters, overlooking the magnificent city skyline, the citys bright colored and flowing light is in your eyes. The people who are living at the top of the pyramid have achieved material prosperity, what can move them should be the ultimate appeal of culture and art.

Coffee on the clouds

空间之于人的意义在于互动。通过咖啡香气唤醒访客嗅觉与味觉，调动其感官赋予空间情绪。在惬意舒展的氛围中，人与人、人与空间自然而然地建立对话关系，打破界限，构建真正的未来理想空间。

The significance of space to people lies in interaction. By the aroma of coffee awakens the sense of smell and taste of visitors, mobilizes their senses, endows them space emotion. In a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, between people and people and space naturally establish dialogue relations, break boundaries and build a real future ideal space.

冰玉大理石、镜面不锈钢与缂丝墙布、柚木材质形成冷暖对比。将江南水乡高级烟灰“蓝”融入米灰色的基调，细节中浸透着东方特有的中式美学。

Ice jade marble, mirror stainless steel with Kesi wall cloth and teak material form a contract of warm and cold. Integrating the blue of high-grade soot in Jiangnan Water Town into the tone of beige gray, the details are permeating the unique Chinese aesthetics of the East.

沉浸于文艺空间，漫游艺术世界，体会放松自由、思想碰撞的魅力，或寻一角翻阅经典，获取精神力量。倚窗而坐，在悠悠的咖啡香中，时光也在此慢了下来。

Immerse yourself in the literary space, roam the art world, experience the charm of relaxation freedom and ideological collision, or look for a corner to read the classics, obtain spiritual strength. Sitting while leaning against the window, being in the long aroma of coffee, time slows down here.
