居住在一层意味着空间的连续性、清晰度、组成和碎片化，同时又不失整体的统一性。这座房子的项目从用户的最大限度使用出发，实现了地块的全球性。

Living on one floor implies continuity, articulation, composition and fragmentation of spaces without losing the unity of the whole. The project of this house works the globality of the plot from its maximum use by its users.

该方案旨在阐明一个广泛的国内项目，在体量和空间上分割集合的规模。不同体量和几何形状的组合，以及材料之间的不断对话，使得减少和控制项目内部空间和外部感知之间的关系成为可能。

The proposal aims to articulate a wide domestic program fragmenting the scale of the set both volumetrically and spatially. The composition of different volumes and geometries, together with the constant dialogue between materials, makes it possible to reduce and control the relationship between the parts of the project, both from their interior space and from their external perception.

该住宅以其最有利的朝向适应项目的发展，有意向南面和东面开放，保护自己不受西方阳光的照射，并在北面提供封闭的关系，未来邻居的隐私可能会受到影响。在这个北部façade的房间的照明和通风将从综合体本身的可变部分进行研究，为房子的每个空间提供自然光线和通风。

The house fits the development of the program to its most favorable orientation, intentionally opening the house to the south and east, protecting itself from the sun of the west and offering an hermetic relationship on its north side where privacy from future neighbors could be compromised. The lighting and ventilation of the rooms on this northh façade will be studied from the variable section of the complex itself, offering natural light and ventilation to each of the spaces of the house.

一楼的家庭功能与 3.5层的客人层和-3.5层的休闲和娱乐区域相辅相成，后者比其他区域拥有更私密和庇护的关系。

The ground floor family program is complemented by a guest floor at level  3.5 and a leisure and recreation area at level -3.5, the latter with a more private and sheltered relationship than the rest.

建筑在平面上铰接起来，在它的部分找到了空间的完整含义，塑造了每个空间的规模和光线输入。这部分限定和定义了室内房间，并通过天窗、视觉连接和从屋顶到-3.5层的自然光线过滤器连接不同的楼层。室内和室外材料的连续性和使用建立了一些限制，这些限制不仅仅是扩散的，几乎不存在。

The house, articulated in plan, finds in its section the complete meaning of its spaces, molding the scale and the light inputs of each one of them. This section qualifies and defines the interior rooms and links the different floors by skylights, visual connections and natural light filters from the roof to level -3.5. The continuity and use of materials both indoors and outdoors establishes limits that are more than diffuse, almost non-existent.

该方案的初衷是改造一个旧公寓，使其成为一个断开联系、反思和休息的当代避难所。最初的状态保持了60年代的原始建筑，过度的划分不允许阅读空间的连续性。

The proposal was born with the intention of reforming an old apartment to turn it into a contemporary refuge of disconnection, reflection and rest. The initial state maintained the original construction of the 60s, with an excessive compartmentalization that did not allow to read the space with continuity.

这种独立和有限的空间的连续性阻碍了人们享受已经被直觉感知的主要价值，即能够生活在海洋中，在那里，从每个可能的角落。

This succession of independent and limited spaces prevented to enjoy the main value that was already intuited, to be able to live the sea, there present, from each one of the possible corners of that place.

我们的目标是满足用户的所有需求，但使用更少的元素，所有元素相互协调，以缓解空间感，重新发现大海，直到现在都是隐藏的。在一个方案中，关键在于建立最小的元素，最大限度地使用和意义，这是反映每一个决定的基础，包括度量和材料。

The goal had then become to meet all the needs intended by the user but with many fewer elements and with all of them coordinated with each other in order to alleviate the spatial sensation and rediscover the sea, until now hidden. In a proposal where the key is defined in establishing the minimum elements with their maximum use and meaning, it is fundamental to reflect on each of the decisions, both metric and material.
