The space has multiple uses, and is mainly used as an office, but also as a showroom to display objects. Adding an area for presentations, a small workshop to produce small prototypes, a leisure and virtual reality area, and also a specialized coffee area.
In short, a multidisciplinary space open to the city with small cultural proposals.

In short, a multidisciplinary space open to the city with small cultural proposals. The first decision was to clean the premises of all the existing partitions and false ceilings to revalue the original concrete structure, and in this way show the real volume of the space.
The diversity of spaces to be distributed and the imposing height allowed us to create a space in an upper area to house the workshop and also the storage area.

Serene and luminous, the L-shaped office design is defined by a neutral colour palette throughout and is created as a multifunctional space for the studio’s team as well as visitors.
The street-facing entrance leads to a showroom and exhibition space and a café by local roastery Three Marks Coffee. This space will become the stage for a cultural programme led by Six N Five, opening it up to the city.
Behind a set of theatre-like curtains, an open corridor leads to the creative studio, conceived as an oasis of calm and featuring bespoke furniture and a raw material palette characterised by the original concrete structure of the building.
The team’s space is divided into a relaxation area with a custom-designed sofa (upholstered with the same fabric used for the curtains, explains Serra, to achieve a sense of uniformity and connection throughout), placed alongside the ‘Mineral’ coffee table by Ferm Living and the ‘Pacha’ lounge chair, a 1970s design by Pierre Paulin produced by Gubi.
Facing a set of floor-to-ceiling windows is the workstation, centered around a bespoke table that was made on site using masonry and finished with micro cement.
The large desk faces a series of bookcases showcasing prototypes and objects that inspired the surrealist world of Six N Five.
The last space in the studio is the kitchen, separated once again by thick curtains and featuring a custom-designed kitchen with a Dekton worktop by Cosentino, a bespoke table produced by local joinery workshop Carpintería J Vidal, and chairs by Ton.
‘Earth tones are chosen to reinforce this idea of materiality and achieved through the use of micro cement on the floor and the functional elements. The same texture is attained on the walls using the same tone of paint with an irregular plaster base,’ says Serra. ‘The space was conceived as a large architectural sanctuary, where the imprint of craftsmanship is very present.’
