“美并非在于物体，而在于物体与物体相合而生的阴翳之浓淡明暗。”设计师希望在空间中注入“时间”的概念，意图在文化怀旧中创造一种新兴体验。

Beauty lies not in the object, but in the shade of the shade which the object creates when it meets the object. The designer wanted to inject the concept of time into the space, intending to create an emerging experience amid cultural nostalgia.

材料的选择、造型的把控因此显得尤为重要。

The choice of materials and the control of modeling are particularly important.

设计中运用了粗粝的水泥艺术漆、黑色哑光地砖以及深浅不一的红砖，粗糙的纹理质感与沉静的胡桃木色木饰面板形成呼应，在适宜的光线氛围下材质变得柔和，不动声色的包裹住空间。

In the design, rough cement art paint, black matte floor tiles and different shades of red brick are used. The rough texture echoes with the quiet walnut wood decorative panels. In the appropriate light atmosphere, the material becomes soft and quietly wraps the space.

设计师顺应客观条件选择以“平静”为主题打造深色的室内空间。

The designer ADAPTS to the objective conditions and chooses calm as the theme to create a dark interior space.

在设计师的理解中，光的意义更多是营造氛围、衬托物体，因此在空间中不同点位设置了点光源、中高低位灯光，通过反射与折射将光线轻柔地引导至周遭，映衬出弱光线下空间和物质的别样的美。

In the understanding of designers, the meaning of light is more to create atmosphere and set off objects, so in different points in the space set point light source, medium and high low light, through reflection and refraction to gently guide the light to the surrounding, set off the low light of space and material in a different beauty.

设计师通过明暗、色彩、质感等多要素在空间中搭建了多个有趣的故事性场景：如一楼与负一楼的茶歇区、化妆室、楼梯间等，同时这些场景化的设计绝不是单个无关联的静态展示，而是通过文化及想象所构成的连贯的有机整体。

Through multiple elements such as light and shade, color and texture, the designer built a number of interesting story scenes in the space, such as the tea break area on the first floor and the negative floor, powder room, stairwell, etc. At the same time, these scene-shaped designs are not a single static display without any connection, but a coherent organic whole composed by culture and imagination.
