近两年来,面包房如雨后春笋般涌入城市街头,一种新的饮食文化与社交方式渐渐渗透进都市人的生活。
In the past two years, bakeries have sprung up like mushrooms and poured into the city streets, and a new food culture and social way have gradually penetrated into the life of urban people.
由秩合予美室内设计操刀的水合面包,坐落于重庆融景城莺花巷社区一转角处,周围是密集的社区住宅、文创街和学校。
The hydrated bread, designed by Cheho Yumei Interior Design, is located at the corner of Yinghua Lane community in Rongjing City, Chongqing, surrounded by a dense community of residential, cultural and creative streets and schools.

The building inspires peoples curiosity and desire to explore through visual treatment, the combination of logs and coarse-grained cement, looking for a friendly relationship between architecture and nature. The design uses a simple and pure approach to explore the core of the brand, enclosing the surprises at the corner of the block and injecting vitality into the community.
好的面包制作工艺复杂,需要发酵、揉捏、研磨、切割和分层等过程,水合也是制作面包过程中的一个重要环节,也是品牌名称的来源。
The process of making good bread is complex, requiring fermentation, kneading, grinding, cutting and layering, and hydration is also an important part of the process of making bread, which is also the source of the brand name.
室内设计由“健康、品质”的品牌理念为出发,营造温暖朴、质朴的空间氛围,以表达食物与设计带来的温度。

The organic space design brings out the tonality of the brand. With the change of the four seasons, the bakery and the community form an organic whole, becoming a social bond between people, co-existing with each other and growing in an orderly way.
