Natural materials were used as part of the design concept for the space. The table tops are made of natural wood, the lamps are made of copper, the seats and chairs are made of wood and natural leather; the metal and metal mesh serve both to partition the space and to create special decorative elements.

开放式厨房与餐厅主厅设计在同一平面，在视觉上扩大了房间的空间，并聚焦于大厅的主要核心——开放式可视厨房。

The open kitchen is designed on the same plane as the main dining room, visually expanding the room and focusing on the main centerpiece of the hall, the open visual kitchen.

Everything that was once carefully hidden is now in the public domain. Guests come face-to-face with the chef and become participants in a true culinary master class. The open kitchen occupies an impressive part of the dining room; a long bar at the edge seems to cover a large part of the seating. Wooden tables are compactly placed around the main room, and in some places there are single stools - like the low chairs in an izakaya bar.

Manlijihwa Korean Grilled Eel Restaurant, designed by Teo Yang Studio, is located in Seoul, South Korea. The project is a perfect combination of the studios design concepts, combining tradition and modernity, and the materials used in the interior bring a warm feeling to the space.

Teo Yangs designs often look for sources of inspiration in heritage and tradition and try to decipher the contemporary meaning behind it. He believes that there are many lessons and values in history that can provide solutions for society, so utilizing heritage and history in his work is not a recreation or imitation of the past.
