This is One Hotels second hotel in California, located across the San Francisco Bay on the Embarcadero, and was completed by SH Hotels - Resorts and the Nicole Hollis team. The hotel adopts a sustainable design concept and draws on San Franciscos deep history and culture. Based on earth colors, natural materials and rich textures, the new urban oasis showcases the natural beauty of the Bay Area. Native greenery, exposed bricks, warm terracotta decor and rustic stone, organic plant fibres and recycled wool hand-woven carpets further enhance the natural atmosphere of the space.

酒店每一项设计的主题无不与夏威夷的传统故事相关联，同时采用露天结构，以亲近自然为特点，将周围的绿植、充足的阳光和多层次的纹理完美地融合。当地特有的植物贯穿于建筑，使酒店几乎消失在悬崖之上。手工编织的灯具、天然屏风和床头板、绑带细节、再生柚木家具以及精心挑选的当地艺术品，以自然为灵感的演绎唤起了人们对神圣之地的向往。

The theme of each design is connected to the traditional story of Hawaii, while the open-air structure is characterized by closeness to nature, and the surrounding greenery, abundant sunlight and multi-level textures are perfectly integrated. Endemic plants run through the building, making the hotel almost disappear over the cliffs. Hand-woven lamps, natural screens and headboards, laddle details, reclaimed teak furniture and carefully selected local artwork evoke a yearning for sacred places in nature-inspired renditions.

Nicole Holliss renovation of the lobby and guest rooms of the Rosewood Sand Hill Hotel in California aims to break the mold of traditional business travel and inject more intimacy into the public Spaces. The location has both the charm of the natural countryside and the urban charm of Silicon Valley, so the use of exquisite details and rich texture of materials to express. The use of green and blue in the interior echoes the Santa Cruz Mountains and organic materials such as reclaimed oak flooring, stained cedar cladding and latched granite.
