Surface layer-A quiet house in the city

本宅位于新区高端住宅地，前有商业综合体，周边紧邻学校、主干道，具有极其便利的地理条件。本案中男主人从事金融类工作，对细节和品质要求极高，女业主是一个享受生活与家庭的人，喜爱素净温和的空间。基于居住者为主体，我们希望空间是兼容开放和自私的情绪，迎接光和空气，但又传达自我的状态，叠加大宅的层次。

This house is located in the high-end residential area of the new district, the former commercial complex, the surrounding area is close to the school, the main road, with extremely convenient geographical conditions. In this case, the male owner is engaged in financial work and has high requirements for details and quality. The female owner is a person who enjoys life and family and loves a quiet and mild space. Based on the occupant as the subject, we wanted the space to be compatible with open and selfish emotions, to welcome light and air, but also to convey the state of self, superimposing the levels of the mansion.

我们始终有一个想法，设计有时候要对原有结构与环境表达尊重。这里也是如此，第一眼接触项目就被这束光打动，他不疾不徐，始终自然而放松地穿过天井，就像置身于神性空间中，

清澈和纯洁的感觉必定会从你的心底涌起。

We always have the idea that design sometimes has to show respect for the original structure and the environment. The same is true here, the first contact with the project was moved by the light, he did not rush, always natural and relaxed across the patio, as if in the divine space,

地下室从发现光到触摸光，就像是一个探索的过程。

设计又在其中扮演怎样的角色呢？

我们的选择是把握住挑空的尺度、进退的平衡以及阵列连结的手法。挑空的尺度在于营造入户时的停留与打动，每次归家时总有一种无形的家人间的欢迎姿态，温暖又放松。

From the discovery of light to the touch of light, the basement is like a process of exploration.

What role does design play?

Our choice is to grasp the scale of the lift, the balance of advance and retreat, and the method of array connection. The scale of the air is to create a stay and move when entering the home, every time there is always an invisible welcome gesture of the family, warm and relaxed.

进退的平衡则是对原先空间整体狭长的户型特点所做的改造。将收纳空间和茶室空间侧置，每次进出新的空间所产生的停顿和豁然开朗会产生不同的进退心境。而阵列连结的手法我们更愿意理解为是在和光与结构玩的一场游戏，切割组合挪移，沉闷的地下室似乎也变得开朗了起来。

The balance of advance and retreat is the transformation of the original overall narrow and long house characteristics. The storage space and the teahouse space are placed on the side, and the pause and sudden brightness generated by each entry and exit of the new space will produce a different state of mind. The method of array connection we are more willing to understand is a game played in light and structure, the cutting combination moves, and the dull basement seems to become cheerful.

如果光只是停留，那么他只是短暂的光华，如果光只是存在于空气中，那么他也只是过客。所以我们更愿意产生一些变化，在不同时间段投射出有生命力的自然光，也让他和我们的灯光一起沉淀，让他与物件能一起交谈。这种超越时间、无法言说的气质是对这个建筑最好的回报，也是我们想要的。

If the light only stays, then it is only a transient light; if the light only exists in the air, then it is only a passing visitor. So we are more willing to produce some changes, projecting vitality of natural light at different times, but also let him precipitate with our lights, so that he and the object can talk together. This timeless, unspeakable temperament is the best reward for this building, and it is what we want.

平层-功能体验 /

Flat bed-Functional experience

在我们看来，功能通常不是以分区的形式以及单一动作完成的，这种看似规律的方式可能会产生变化外的呆滞。所以体验才是我们与居住者之间最深入的交流，这也是他们在完全属于自己的空间中最自然的状态。在这有限的空间内，通过动线的规划和软装的陈列方式我们描绘了不同的场景体验。女儿弹钢琴时母亲在侧的陪伴教导。一家人饭后各自找到自己舒适慵懒的方式一起观影。偶尔长辈到访时一家人可拆解模块式沙发，围坐家常。

In our view, function is often not done in the form of partitions and a single action, and this seemingly regular way can create a lethargy outside of change. Therefore, experience is the deepest communication between us and the occupants, and it is also their most natural state in a space that is completely their own. In this limited space, we depict different scene experiences through the planning of moving lines and the display of soft furnishings. Her mother accompanied her daughter as she played the piano. Each family finds its own cozy, lazy way to watch a movie together after dinner. Occasionally when elders visit, the family can disassemble the modular sofa and sit around the home.

餐厨区域也是我们对实用性的全新思考。根据居住者的使用习惯和原有结构，将收纳分类到不同的区域，所需即可所得。即使没有大面积的功能空间，也能使已有的空间具有高效的使用率，让家里的每一寸地方都发挥作用。

The kitchen area is also a new way of thinking about practicality. According to the use habits of the occupants and the original structure, the storage is classified into different areas, as needed. Even if there is no large area of functional space, it can make the existing space have an efficient use rate, so that every inch of the home can play a role.

私人空间是一种单向的自我表达。小女孩在自己的空间中放下所有戒备，享受平静的休憩，专注于学习，或者掀开白纱钻入自己的小小王国。我们参与的部分更多是以柔和干净的材料来表达设计的温度。

Personal space is a one-way expression of self. Little girls in their own space to let go of all the guard, enjoy a calm rest, focus on learning, or open the white veil into their own little kingdom. The part we are involved in is more to express the temperature of the design with soft and clean materials.

静谧简洁的生活也少不了仪式感和体验感。双向推门以及两侧的感应壁灯将居住者回房的情绪价值完全调动起来，一开一合来到真正属于自己的私人订制空间。考虑到狭长的户型特点，我们设计了近十米的长柜，将睡眠区域和妆造洗漱区域隔开，互不干扰。

A quiet and simple life also has a sense of ritual and experience. The two-way sliding door and the induction wall lights on both sides will fully mobilize the emotional value of the occupants back to the room, and come to the real private customized space of their own. Taking into account the characteristics of the narrow and long apartment, we designed a long cabinet of nearly ten meters to separate the sleeping area and the makeup and washing area without interfering with each other.

同时拥有户外的自然温暖和室内的自由放松也是居住者对这所房子最大的期盼。所幸的是我们帮他们实现了这一点，也帮他们过滤了房子外杂乱的街景。我们给每个睡眠区都配备了就近的直饮设备，这看似微不足道的小心思也是我们对大宅设计品质的要求。

At the same time, the natural warmth of the outdoors and the freedom to relax indoors are also the biggest expectations of the occupants of this house. Fortunately, we helped them achieve this, and also helped them filter out the clutter of the street scene outside their house. We equipped each sleeping area with the nearest direct drinking equipment, which seems to be a small idea is also the quality of our house design requirements.

内层-细节追求 /

Inner layer-Detail pursuit

风格与装饰在不停的变化，但最能体现住宅的品质以及设计的表现力一定是细节，这也是我们实现设计最基础的标准。大到整个空间，小到两种材质的拼接，亦或是灯光的表现，细节总能说出我们内在的语言。

Style and decoration are constantly changing, but the most can reflect the quality of the house and the expression of the design must be the details, which is also the most basic standard for our design. As large as the entire space, as small as the splicing of two materials, or the performance of lighting, details can always speak our inner language.

一瓶香水有他的前调、中调和尾调，我们觉得每个层调都是一种表达，表达我们对这个六层大宅的不同设计语言。同时，我们觉得每一次变化又是一次退让，把空间体验让给居住者，引起他们与自我空间的直接感受，也感受设计者对他们最大的尊重。

A perfume has his top, middle and bottom notes, and we feel that each layer is an expression of our different design language for this six-story house. At the same time, we feel that every change is another concession, giving the space experience to the occupants, causing them to directly feel the space of their own, and feel the designers greatest respect for them.
