历史保护建筑平移过程

ARBOUR中海顺昌玖里位于上海市黄浦区的顺昌路始筑于1901年，它的每一块砖、每一个门头都暗藏著上海的城市精神。

Located in Huangpu District of Shanghai, Shunchang Road was first built in 1901, and every brick and door of it hides the city spirit of Shanghai.

为最大限度保留历史风貌，实现新式建筑与传统街巷的结合，建筑延用传统里弄公馆原砖尺寸，并由非遗大师梁航毓设计的浮雕艺术臻品，以及外滩外立面修复的主持人负责的石雕设计，均以约5%的成品率异形砖装点。

In order to maximize the preservation of historical features and realize the combination of new buildings and traditional streets, the building uses the original brick size of the traditional lane mansion, and the relief art of the masterpiece designed by the intangible heritage master Liang Hangyu, and the stone carving design of the Bund facade restoration host, all decorated with about 5% of the finished rate of shaped bricks.

沿承建筑对上海文化的记忆，在空间的表达上融合“石库门”、“里弄”、“荣宅”等经久不衰的人文特色为设计启发，以及探寻魔都自有的开放而又自成一体的精緻生活相融合，示范了“上海大家”的理想生活。

Along with the memory of Shanghai culture, the architecture integrates the enduring humanistic characteristics of Shikumen, Linong and Rongzhai in the expression of space as design inspiration, and integrates the open and self-integrated exquisite life of the exploration of magic City, demonstrating the ideal life of Shanghai Everyone.

时光随步伐一同进入大厅，提炼出荣宅的线条样式，并配以黑白的框架结构进行重组与解构。搭配海派样式的地砖，时间与空间开始交错关联，令人意往神迷……

入口接待空间设计中强化了建筑的线条感，散发出海派底蕴，定制的门把手纹理，我们採用翡翠石材烘托低调奢华的品质。

In the design of the reception space of the entrance, the sense of line of the building is strengthened, and the connotation of Shanghai is exuded. The texture of custom doorknob is customized. We use jade stone to highlight the low-key luxury quality.

地面大面积大理石暗纹人字拼花，金属饰面、锤纹艺术玻璃的精緻细节，加持融蓄古今又颇具颠覆性的前卫理念。海派“公馆风”场域气质，以先锋调和传统，强调“沉浸”感。

The floor is a large area of dark marble hermeneutic parquet, metal finish, hammer art glass exquisite details, and uphold the fusion of ancient and modern and quite subversive avant-garde concept. Shanghai style mansion wind field temperament, with pioneer to harmonize tradition, emphasizing the sense of immersion.

老上海遗留的洋风气派，在空间里依旧随处可见。中古的傢俱、怀旧的物品收集，回忆时光的心思在于閒适，不需要紧绷著每一个感官，而是沉下心感受每一处空间语言带来的惬意氛围。

The foreign atmosphere left by old Shanghai can still be seen everywhere in the space. The medieval furniture, the collection of nostalgic items, the mind of recalling the time is relaxed, do not need to tighten every sense, but sink down to feel the comfortable atmosphere brought by every space language.

我们理解的上海文化，是追求精緻从容，同时遵从人文感受。以民国海派大家中西生活方式融合下的空间佈局为灵感，将空间功能划分为“四季花厅”、“私宴”、“书房”、“茶室”等主题场所。

Our understanding of Shanghai culture is the pursuit of refinement and calmness, while following the humanistic feeling. Inspired by the spatial layout under the fusion of Chinese and Western lifestyle, the space function is divided into Four seasons flower hall, private banquet, study, tea room and other theme places.

室外繁华依旧，室内安享其身，将情感和理想寄托当中，从而折射一种对生活方式的向往。

Outdoor prosperity is still the same, indoor comfort, emotions and ideals, which reflects a yearning for a way of life.

荣宅的灵感与现代艺术手法在这里融合，展现了时光与空间流转的奇妙魅力。柔和的灯光投射暖黄光晕，地毯、沙发、靠椅……囊括在“海派”东方的包容之下，交织成一幅幅动人的画面。

The inspiration of Rongzhai and modern art techniques are integrated here, showing the wonderful charm of the circulation of time and space. Soft lights cast a warm yellow halo, carpet, sofa, chair... Included in the Shanghai school under the tolerance of the East, interwoven into a moving picture.

牆面上的油画与复古的傢俱碰撞出中西融合的浪漫诗篇地面石材与海派建筑的拱形相融合，古典与现代在此交织，诉说著优雅与精緻。
