当地公司Child Studio在为伦敦贝尔格莱维亚地区的一栋联排别墅设计室内装饰时借鉴了现代欧洲别墅的设计。这座三层住宅是为一位艺术品收藏家设计的，位于伊顿广场旁的一栋乔治亚风格的建筑内。

The local company Child Studio drew inspiration from modern European villa designs when designing interior decorations for a townhouse in the Belgravia area of London. This three story residence was designed for an art collector and is located in a Georgian style building next to Eaton Square.

Che Huang and Alexy Kos, founders of Child Studio, said, This project was developed based on close collaboration and dialogue with the homeowners to ensure that every detail meets their needs and preferences. They envisioned building a quiet and exquisite home, unaffected by outdated design trends.

Child Studio 对这座 280 平方米的联排别墅的顶层两层进行了翻修，创造了一个覆盖着石膏饰面的明亮的双层高度空间。在这里，设计师还增加了一个夹层，通过铸铁螺旋楼梯将客厅与室外屋顶露台连接起来。

Child Studio has renovated the top two floors of this 280 square meter townhouse, creating a bright double height space covered in plaster veneer. Here, the designer also added a mezzanine connecting the living room to the outdoor rooftop terrace through a cast iron spiral staircase.

在客厅里，设计师用五米高的桃花心木架子覆盖了整面墙，在浅色灰泥的映衬下增添了优雅的深色背景。整个空间都使用了木材，卧室配有起伏的木质床头板，营造出雕塑效果。

In the living room, the designer covered the entire wall with a five meter high mahogany frame, adding an elegant dark background against the light colored plaster. The entire space is made of wood, and the bedroom is equipped with undulating wooden headboards, creating a sculptural effect.

The design revolves around a limited selection of natural materials: handmade wood, solid stone, and tactile fabrics, said Che Huang. The low-key materials reflect our minimalist attitude towards this project as the background of the owners life.

Child Studio is scattered throughout the space with some wooden furniture, including some classic designs. In the restaurant, the studio added a set of Chandigarh chairs. This chair also appears in the guest room, equipped with tables and chairs designed by architect Pierre Jeanneret and a desk lamp designed by modernist architect Marcel Breuer.

Child Studio not only uses a large amount of wood, but also stone. The design inspiration for the bathroom comes from Villa Serralves in Porto. The interior decoration designed by Kos and Huang is almost entirely made of green Verde Guatemala marble. In order to create built-in furniture including marble sinks and bathtubs, the designer worked closely with a small marble studio in northern Italy.

“最有趣的设计元素之一是用翠绿色大理石雕刻而成的浴室，”科斯补充道。“梳妆台和浴缸的柔和曲线是用实心石块雕刻而成的，与墙壁和地板无缝融合。”

One of the most interesting design elements is the bathroom carved from emerald green marble, Kos added. The soft curves of the dressing table and bathtub are carved from solid stones, seamlessly blending with the walls and floor。
