明暗交织的艺术

怀着为高级餐饮领域打造全新体验的宏大愿景，Cuines33 将营造私密氛围、突显宾客个体存在感以及提供个性化服务作为核心追求，展开了全面翻新，全力助力店主达成这一目标。作为米其林星级餐厅，Cuines33 隐匿于科诺克（Knokke）市中心的一排联排房屋之间，位置极为隐蔽，其内部空间仅可容纳 16 位食客，以确保极致的私密体验。在这家餐厅中，厨房宛如舞台，而食客则成为了最受瞩目的观众，每晚都能近距离领略主厨的现场互动风采，感受其精湛厨艺的独特魅力。

With the ambition to create a new experience in fine dining; emphasized by an intimate atmosphere that underlines a sense of presence and personal attention, Cuines33 was fully renovated to strengthen the owners

ambitions. The Michelin star restaurant is nestled - almost hidden - in a row house in the very center of Knokke with seating for no more than 16 people. In the restaurant, the kitchen is the scene and the guests the audience, experiencing the live engagement and artistry

of the chef directly every night.

Cuines33 在室内设计上秉持质朴私密的理念，着力打造轻松闲适的用餐氛围。餐厅空间精巧，旨在让宾客全身心沉浸于美食之旅。其室内设计选用一系列精心挑选的石材、木材与金属等天然材料，这些材料质朴无华、低调简约，有着近乎本真的质感，营造出仿若置身私人工作室般的用餐环境。如此设计，不会分散人们对厨师精湛厨艺与美食这一核心焦点的关注，反而进一步强化了私密体验，凸显宾客的存在感，而这也恰恰是该项目最初的灵感源泉。

Creating a humble and intimate approach to the interior, Cuines33 is formed by a casual atmosphere with small spaces for guests to literally enjoy a culinary journey. An interior design defined by an array of stone, wood and metal brings materials that are all natural and have deliberately been selected to complement the feeling of dining in a very personal, atelier-like space. They are raw, understated, tending towards basic almost; not distracting from the main protagonists: the chefs and the cuisine. This ultimately enhances the intimate experience and sense of presence that was the initial catalyst for the project.

为赋予宾客在体验菜单过程中的惊喜瞬间，同时清晰界定空间功能，设计师借助丰富多样的建筑元素与材料，对空间展开分层式布局设计。此外，设计师巧妙调控灯光，能够依据不同场合，营造出风格各异的场景氛围。在其中一个房间里，以女主人为核心焦点，营造出深沉的氛围基调。通过壁龛内投射出的灯光，照亮陈列其中的各类食材，这些食材正是菜单中菜品所使用的原料，巧妙地将空间与餐饮体验紧密相连。

In order to achieve moments of surprise when experiencing the menu and a clear definition of functions, the space is layered through various architectural elements and materials, but just as much through the use of light, creating different settings for different occasions. One room, where the hostess takes center stage, is moody with illuminated niches displaying various products that are used in the menu.

另一个房间的设计灵感汲取自画家工作室与博物馆，一扇垂直的朝北通高天窗，为其引入充沛的自然光线。宾客们环绕厨师而坐，近距离观赏菜品的最终制作工序。空间的两侧安置着两个大型置物架，其上摆满了厨师亲手制作的陶瓷器皿。这些器皿不仅是激发创意的灵感源泉，更巧妙地将整个空间的元素紧密串联，使空间的功能性与艺术性达到了完美融合 。

ateliers or museums. Guests sit around the chef to witness the finishing of the dishes. Two large racks are placed to the sides of the space; filled with the chef

s own handmade ceramics and sources of inspiration to tie it all together.
