这就是来福士对于杭州的意义所在。地处城市中心，享有日月同辉的美景，对望莲花碗……它是UNStudio在中国的首个作品，经过10年精心打造，才有了如今的模样。当故事开启新的篇章，新的审美与生活也在不断发展演进。

It witnessed the prosperity of the city and led the economy of the city; It refreshes the height of the skyline and precipitates the thickness of humanity; It is full of rich details of life, casting memories as business cards, and standing only in the airport, station and other city publicity Windows.

This is what Raffles means to Hangzhou. Located in the center of the city, with the same sun and moon, looking at the lotus bowl...... It is UNStudios first work in China, and it took 10 years of construction to achieve what it is today. When the story turns the next page, the new aesthetic and life iteratively grow.

About 380,000 square meters of ecological complex, 150 billion mature urban supporting facilities, 1 kilometer of political, economic and cultural resources collection. The founder of UNStudio personally operated the building, Li Wemin, CCD, bpi, Meng also co-created.

No one can predict with certainty what tomorrow will look like, but we know with certainty that all the resources, soil, and energy here are enough for people to put down roots and grow upward. This is the reason why all the design masters joined hands with Hexi Qianjiang.

建筑｜会所

独特的建筑概念让合玺·钱江所打造的生活方式变得稀缺，逐层变化的平面亦让每一玺，皆孤玺。

项目位于来福士的中间楼段，建筑是一对高约250米60层的双子塔。UNStudio造型取飞龙在天之意，

15万片玻璃幕墙犹如钱江浪潮化身时代龙鳞扶摇直上。

The unique architectural concept makes the lifestyle created by Hexi Qianjiang become scarce, and the changing planes make each Xi unique.

Located in the middle block of Raffles, the building is a pair of twin towers with a height of about 250 meters and 60 floors. UNStudio modeling to take the meaning of flying dragon in the sky, 150,000 pieces of glass curtain wall like the Qianjiang wave incarnate era of dragon scale surging upward.

作为合玺业主的服务交流平台，一玺荟依托高盛、华平等国际资源及国内专业金融顾问，通过丰富的圈层活动与投资事务，实现业主到投资伙伴的升级。

As a service exchange platform for Hexi owners, Yixi Hui relies on international resources such as Goldman Sachs and Warburg Pincus as well as domestic professional financial advisers, and realizes the upgrade from owners to investment partners through rich circle activities and investment affairs.

作为业主共享的空中会客厅，一玺荟以双层挑空空间凌云而起，补充了平层豪宅应有的“墅感”，它的轴线正对着“大金球”（杭州国际会议中心），一窗尽览杭州地标群。

“合玺·钱江位于杭州政治、经济、文化三中心交汇之地，是为繁华，繁华之上应开繁花。”秉持这一理念，设计师将花卉语言融入空间。

As an aerial meeting room shared by the owners, Yixi Hui rises from the clouds with a double floor space, which complements the villa sense of a flat floor mansion. Its axis is directly facing the Big Golden Ball (Hangzhou International Convention Center), and a window has a full view of Hangzhou landmarks.

Hexi Qianjiang is located in the intersection of Hangzhous three centers of politics, economy and culture. It is prosperous, and prosperous flowers should bloom on top of it. With this in mind, the designer has integrated the language of flowers into the space.

石材拼花取、地毯取“脚下生花”之意，是装饰更是艺术；吊挂的装置、手绘吊顶、双曲面壁炉再次强化空

间的艺术品味；随处可见的鲜花和绿植，则将自然的纯粹和四时的景象融入生活。

值得一提的是，顶部花卉装置的灯光与窗外的地标建筑同色，与城市灯光秀遥相对话。

It is worth mentioning that the lighting of the top floral installation is the same color as the landmark building outside the window, which is in dialogue with the city light show.

用一次远行，

寻找设计的语言。

历时一个月的北欧之旅滋养了孟也的设计灵感，他从场景出发，以私邸视角为杭州奉上一件“非标”作品。“我第一次来这里，站在窗前，一条条向前延伸的窗子，形成我对它的第一印象……

The one-month trip to Northern Europe nourished Mengs design inspiration. He started from the scene and presented a non-standard work for Hangzhou from the perspective of his private residence. The first time I came here, standing at the window, the strip of Windows stretching forward, formed my first impression of it...

“它像挪威峡湾邮轮中的窗，漂浮于海面，安静、充满秩序”。

设计师保留了建筑的原始特质，最大化地体现窗的延展性和空间的尺度。超200平米的奢阔空间留给动区，不做任何切分，酒吧、会客厅、音乐体验区、餐厅次第铺排，社交或独处总有一方惬意之地。

起伏的天花统领着各处功能，它自然延展至墙面，像是偶然生成的湖泊，又或是拨云而见的星空。

The designers have retained the original character of the building, maximizing the ductility of the Windows and the scale of the space. More than 200 square meters of luxurious space for the movement area, do not do any segmentation, bar, living room, music experience area, restaurant second shop, social or alone there is always a comfortable place.

The undulating ceiling dominates every function, naturally extending to the wall, like an accidental lake, or a starry sky through the clouds.

自然界本无规律，

它所生成的一切都是流变的。

偶然、随机、浑然天成……像自然界的万物一般，室内空间受某种“牵引力”的作用自发生长，墙体交错蜿蜒，天花随之流动。马海毛沙发、洞石茶几、四叶草般沙发椅……源自Why garden的家具与空间形成自然主义的共鸣，不张扬，够有趣。

Accidental, random, natural... Like everything in nature, the interior space grows spontaneously under some kind of traction, the walls are staggered and the ceiling flows with it. Mohair sofa, cave stone coffee table, four-leaf clover sofa chair... The furniture from Why garden has a naturalistic resonance with the space, not ostentatious and interesting enough.

在合玺·钱江，没有标准化产品，亦无标准层。斜粱自中心旋转辐射，斜柱随着楼层旋转，玻璃幕墙随建筑形态演变……这为室内设计留足了难度，也为作品打造留足了空间。孟也以有意为之的“不规则秩序”，致敬Ben van Berkel建筑的韵律。

In HeXI Qianjiang, there are no standardized products and no standard layer. The diagonal beam rotates from the center and radiates, the diagonal column rotates with the floor, and the glass curtain wall evolves with the building form... This leaves enough difficulty for the interior design, but also leaves enough space for the work. Meng also pays homage to the rhythm of Ben van Berkels architecture with a deliberate irregular order.

壁炉的形态顺应建筑外部金属构件而来，顶面天花顺着梁体形态而来，地面古奇灰由鱼肚白与雪花白挤压而来，窗边的大号角由手工打造，艺术品与中古家具跨越时间与地域抵达空间……

The shape of the fireplace follows the external metal components of the building, the ceiling follows the shape of the beam body, the antique gray of the ground is squeezed from the fish belly white and snowflake white, the big horn by the window is handmade, and the artwork and medieval furniture reach the space across time and region...

“独一无二才是藏的价值所在，

世界艺术品无一不是孤品。

升降水槽、旋转柜、升降吧台、可控灯光、远程控制门锁……一系列智能化功能的植入，设计师希望探讨空间的“可玩性”。

Lifting sink, rotating cabinet, lifting bar, controllable lighting, remote control door lock... A series of intelligent functions are implanted, and the designer hopes to explore the playability of the space.

这方“孤玺”不仅是物理的，还传递着设计的记忆、情绪、温度。

This solitary seal is not only physical, but also conveys the memory, emotion and temperature of the design.

当世界的审美沿墙陈列，黑胶的声音滋啦奏响，空间冷峻的底色在灯光与烛火的照耀下变柔、变润，月色轻晃、知己相逢，家族的名望轻轻卸下，精神的高度心照不宣……

When the aesthetic of the world is displayed along the wall, the sound of vinyl is playing, the cold background color of the space becomes soft and moist under the light and candlestick, the moonlight gently shakes, friends meet, the familys fame is gently removed, and the height of the spirit is unspoken...

西厨吧台与柜体及门扇形成中轴对称，灯光设计中植入“宴会模式”，仅打开顶部云石灯箱，其余空间照度减弱，形成聚光灯式的舞台效果。

The west kitchen bar is symmetrical with the cabinet and door. Banquet mode is implanted in the lighting design. Only the top marble light box is opened, and the illumination of the rest of the space is reduced to form a spotlight-like stage effect.

盛宴易聚，良会难逢

除去开放的社交外，需要有一处空间来安放志同道合的品味。孟也用他所擅长的别墅手法来构思空间，借一间“综合娱乐室”构筑一方僻静地，建立一种比客厅更为私密之地。

In addition to open socializing, there needs to be a space for like-minded tastes. Meng also used his good villa approach to conceive of space, with a comprehensive entertainment room to build a secluded place, creating a more private place than the living room.

墙面的金属构件对话着建筑的外立面“龙鳞”，它与整个空间中丰富的曲面元素、实木雕刻、石材雕刻……以装饰语言构件空间的层次，以艺术审美塑造空间的软磁力。

The metal components of the wall speak to the dragon scale of the facade of the building, which is associated with the rich curved elements, solid wood carving, stone carving in the whole space... With the level of decorative language component space, with artistic aesthetics to shape the soft magnetic force of space.

卧室

超奢华的主卧、灵活布局的客卧，mini bar、valet closet等元素植入……经常住全球奢华酒店的人，走进合玺·钱江后会有一种莫名的熟悉感，因它将服务设计与空间设计融合，借由丰盈的细节诠释品牌对奢华的理解。

Ultra-luxury master bedroom, flexible layout of guest bedroom, mini bar, valet closet and other elements implanted... People who often stay in luxury hotels around the world will have a inexplicable sense of familiarity after entering HeXI Qianjiang, because it integrates service design and space design, and interprets the brands understanding of luxury through abundant details.

这是一座充满艺术品、艺术家具、艺术饰物的房子，旅行的风物化为私邸的勋章，从此成为生活的藏品。藏一处宅也便是藏一段记忆，实现她或他内心的月光……
