VERNEUIL公寓位于巴黎市中心，由Festen Architecture精心设计，坐落于一栋17世纪的历史建筑之中，是一处将古典与现代、传统与创新交织呈现的住宅。Festen在保留建筑历史特征的基础上，重新诠释了居住空间的美学与功能，使得该公寓具有深厚的文化底蕴，展现出先锋而精致的设计语言。

Located in the heart of Paris and carefully designed by Festen Architecture in a historic 17th century building, VERNEUIL Apartment is a residence that intertwines classical and modern, traditional and innovative. Festen reinterpreted the aesthetics and function of the living space while preserving the historical character of the building, giving the apartment a deep cultural heritage and a pioneering and sophisticated design language.

公寓内部原有的建筑元素，如精致的石膏线条、橡木地板以及天花板上的雕花细节被悉数保留并加以强调。这些历史痕迹不仅构成了空间的基础语汇，也成为新设计介入的对话对象。在此基础上，设计师引入了当代艺术与雕塑装置，使空间呈现出时间维度上的张力与延续。宽敞的客厅中，抽象画作、极简灯具与保留完好的古典壁炉并置，产生视觉与思想上的多重回响。

The original architectural elements inside the apartment, such as the fine plaster molding, oak floors and carved ceiling details, have been preserved and emphasized. These historical traces not only constitute the basic vocabulary of space, but also become the dialogue object of new design intervention. On this basis, the designer introduced contemporary art and sculpture installations, so that the space presents a time dimension of tension and continuity. In the spacious living room, the juxtaposition of abstract paintings, minimalist lamps and a well-preserved classical fireplace creates multiple visual and intellectual echoes.

空间布局方面，VERNEUIL公寓强调流动性与层次感的构建。走廊与楼梯被设计为视觉节奏中的关键节点，木质踏步与黑色金属扶手构成对比鲜明的形式语言，既回应建筑原貌，又体现当代审美的冷静与克制。这些过渡空间不仅实现功能连接，更成为艺术与材料语言交汇的场域。

In terms of spatial layout, VERNEUIL apartment emphasizes the construction of mobility and hierarchy. The corridors and staircases are designed as key nodes in the visual rhythm, with wooden steps and black metal handrails forming a contrasting formal language that responds to the original appearance of the building while reflecting the calm and restrained contemporary aesthetic. These transition Spaces not only realize functional connection, but also become the field where art and material language converge.

私人区域如卧室与浴室则呈现出内敛而柔和的氛围。中性色调配以高品质天然材质，营造出静谧、松弛的日常体验。厨房与餐厅采用深色石材地砖与简约木制家具组合，强调了功能性与形式感的统一，同时延续整个项目在材料与色彩上对于“平衡”的追求。

Private areas such as bedrooms and bathrooms offer a restrained and subdued atmosphere. Neutral colors paired with high-quality natural materials create a quiet, relaxed everyday experience. The combination of dark stone floor tiles and simple wooden furniture in the kitchen and dining room emphasizes the unity of function and form, while continuing the pursuit of balance in materials and colors throughout the project.
