晴空·日本料理深圳店是我们继北京、上海店落地后，第三次为晴空日本料理品牌做的空间设计。

The Qingkong Japanese Restaurant Shenzhen Store is the third spatial design project we have undertaken for the Qingkong Japanese Restaurant brand, following the opening of its Beijing and Shanghai stores.

晴空日本料理首店于2018年定址于深圳湾万象城，旨在将东京最高水平的日本料理带到中国，这一次深圳店算是老店焕新，空间重塑。对日料空间的设计思考，我希望不是一个狭义的日式符号化的审美，而是能运用更广泛维度的“东方性”审美去营造空间氛围。关于安静、关于意蕴、关于重构意向、关于传统的当代性转译等等都是我一直思考的原点。

The first Qingkong Japanese Restaurant was located in Shenzhen Bay MixC in 2018, aiming to bring the highest level of Japanese cuisine from Tokyo to China. This time, the Shenzhen store is a revitalization and spatial re-creation of the existing store. In terms of the spatial design of the Japanese cuisine restaurant, I hope to create an atmosphere not with a narrow sense of Japanese-style symbolic aesthetics, but with a broader "Oriental" aesthetic. My constant considerations in design include tranquility, connotation, the reconstruction of imagery, and the contemporary reinterpretation of tradition.

晴空日料三店的空间设计，共性是在探讨如何在非自然空间里营造“抽象的自然”，是基于三个城市底色的差异化处理和对空间里“光”的不同运用演绎。晴空的设计处理更多的是一种克己的内收，以微小，致广大。摆脱对视觉冲击的过度追求，克制从容，不喧不夺，更能使空间看似平和无形，却包纳大千，衍生出深远之意。同怀石料理适度料理“真味淡求”如出一辙，也因这份克制让空间的能量更加纯粹、极致。

The commonality in the spatial designs of the three Qingkong Japanese Restaurant stores lies in exploring how to create an "abstract nature" in non-natural spaces. This is based on the differentiated treatment of the characteristics of the three cities and the diverse application and interpretation of "light" within the spaces. The design approach of Qingkong is more about self-restraint and moderation, emphasizing the profound meaning that can be derived from the subtle. It is similar to the concept of "seeking the true essence of taste with moderation" in Kaiseki cuisine. This restraint endows the space with a purer and more ultimate energy.

取名于葛饰北斋所绘「 凯风快晴 」，“轻柔南风、朗朗晴空”。

Inspired by Kaisei Kaisei (Fine Wind, Clear Sky), a painting by Katsushika Hokusai.

晴空的料理理念，脉承东京高级和食料理体系，探立己之料理结构与节奏，尊重食材的生命秩序和自然规律，在变化中寻求表达真味的正解，以技艺化其为季节纤细之珍味。我们希望通过归真于对本质的专注，向食客展现和食料理美之内在逻辑。东方之美，不止是一种心境，亦是价值观、世界观的诠释。世界越是繁华，人们越会对东方之美产生共鸣。

The Qingkong Japanese Restaurant adheres to the Tokyo high-end Japanese cuisine system. It explores and establishes its own culinary structure and rhythm, respects the life order and natural laws of ingredients, and seeks the true essence of flavor amidst changes. With meticulous techniques, it transforms ingredients into delicate seasonal delicacies. We hope to present the inner logic of the beauty of Japanese cuisine to diners through a focus on essence. The beauty of the East is not merely a state of mind; it is also an interpretation of values and worldviews. The more prosperous the world becomes, the more people will resonate with the beauty of the East.

万物由简至繁，由繁归简，和食与设计莫不如是。料理过程极尽克制，方能更多发挥食材本身魅力。设计时摆脱对视觉冲击的过度追求，克制从容，不喧不夺，更能使空间看似平和无形，却包纳大千，衍生出不可言喻的深远之意。

Everything evolves from simplicity to complexity and then returns to simplicity. This is true for both Japanese cuisine and design. In the process of cooking, only by exercising restraint can one fully unleash the inherent charm of the ingredients. In design, by shedding the excessive pursuit of visual impact and adopting a restrained and composed approach, the space can appear peaceful and unassuming, yet accommodate everything, giving rise to an indescribable and profound meaning.

平和的炽烈

The gentle and intense

北京青雲用素简灰色调铺陈出空间的宁静感。

Beijing Qingyun creates a sense of tranquility in the space with its simple and plain gray tones.

北京·青雲

上海晴空则以暖色调烘托柔和、静谧的东方气韵。

Shanghai Qingkong uses warm tones to set off the gentle and serene oriental charm.

深圳晴空延续两店收敛的表达，为这座年轻城市注入无限动能。

Shenzhen Qingkong continues the understated expression of its two previous stores, injecting infinite energy into this young city.

平和之下是炽烈。空间强调色彩、光影、明暗对比，窗体设计突破图形规则，产生很强的矛盾与冲击感。闲寂之中涌动着能量，呼应年轻人对不确定、自由的追逐，亦因此而富有感染力。

Beneath the calm lies a passion. The space emphasizes the contrast of colors, light and shadow, and brightness and darkness. The window design breaks the rules of graphics, creating a strong sense of contradiction and impact. In the tranquility, there is an undercurrent of energy, resonating with young peoples pursuit of uncertainty and freedom, and thus it is full of appeal.

静谧的丰富

The tranquil richness

直接和纯粹，令空间不再是静态的描摹，而是处于动态的变化中。黑是无光之色，又是火熏之色。绚烂之极归于平淡。

Directness and purity transform the space from a static depiction into a dynamic state of flux. Black is both the color of no light and the color of charred fire. Extreme splendor returns to plainness.

入口以纯粹的黑色水磨石铺陈，如一席静谧的夜幕，止绝商场的繁杂和干扰，用看似对立的方式与整体环境产生交互。橱窗看似无一物，无形中成为人与空间互动的舞台，静中显动，颇有“空山不见人，但闻人语响”的空灵意境。

The entrance is paved with pure black terrazzo, like a serene night curtain, blocking out the hustle and bustle and interference of the mall. It interacts with the overall environment in an seemingly contradictory way. The window display seems empty, yet it invisibly becomes a stage for people to interact with the space, showing movement in stillness, and creating a serene and ethereal atmosphere like "no one is visible in the empty mountain, but the sound of human voices can be heard".

小径幽深人迹隐，朦胧月色照东墙。

通道以黑色水磨石铺贴，一面墙则镶嵌和纸灯箱，起到引导功能的同时，也使得淡淡的光影从空间中酝酿出来，令禅思顷刻间萦绕在心头。

The winding path is hidden from view, and the hazy moonlight shines on the east wall.The corridor is tiled with black terrazzo, and a wall is inlaid with washi lanterns, which not only guide people but also create a faint light and shadow in the space, instantly enveloping ones heart in Zen thoughts.

抽象的自然

Abstract nature

和食空间惯以植物造景，营造庭院深深的氛围。以抽象的方式重现自然，

则是对空间关系的一次有趣尝试。以线条和光感烘托空间画境之外的月光、庭院、自然，将东方的韵味与自然的流动融合，简洁而抽象，却又意味深长。利用凹间布置灯光，选择极具纯粹的低反差色彩，利用大面积柔和的灯光和暗处理，在和室里酝酿出薄暗的光线，降低空间装饰的存在感。

The washoku space often uses plant landscaping to create a deeply recessed courtyard atmosphere. Recreating nature in an abstract way is an interesting attempt at spatial relationships. Using lines and light to set off the moonlight, courtyard, and nature beyond the spatial painting is a blend of oriental charm and the flow of nature, which is simple and abstract yet profound in meaning. By arranging lights in the alcove and choosing extremely pure low-contrast colors, and using large areas of soft lighting and dark treatments, a faint light is brewed in the washitsu, reducing the presence of space decoration.

朱光潜先生曾说：“美其实不仅仅在于艺术家的创造之中，也同样存在于观者的欣赏之中。”

Zhu Guangqian once said, "Beauty actually lies not only in the creation of artists but also in the appreciation of viewers."

美的呈现，是在品鉴料理的过程中发生的。空间的光影艺术与食物的本真相互勾连，使感官充分打开，更能驱动食客的想象力。

The presentation of beauty unfolds during the process of savoring cuisine. The art of light and shadow in the space is intertwined with the essence of food, fully engaging the senses and fueling the diners imagination.

红霞漫卷，如秋之日暮，夕阳余晖，鸦飞欲归。

Sometimes, the rosy clouds roll and spread, like the evening glow in autumn. The afterglow of the setting sun lingers, and the crows are about to return to their nests.

或靛蓝如洗，晴空一鹤，直上碧霄。

Or the sky is washed in indigo, with a solitary crane soaring straight into the azure expanse.

或袅袅鹅黄，云里疏星，月中濛濛。

Or the faint goose-yellow light shimmers, with sparse stars in the clouds and a hazy moon in the sky.

如若静与时光独对月，也无喧嚣也无尘。辅以金箔、银箔内嵌，丰富光影的层次与塑造幽远之感。

If one is serene and alone, facing the moon in the passage of time, there will be neither noise nor dust. With gold foil and silver foil inlaid, the layers of light and shadow are enriched, and a sense of profound remoteness is created.

虚与实，动与静，所谓境藏万象。滤去所有浮面的杂色，回归空间最本真的感动。

Virtuality and reality, motion and stillness, the so-called realm contains all things. Filtering out all the superficial distractions, we return to the most genuine touch of the space.

“春山秋水”四字蕴含着四季更迭万物循环的自然哲学，试图从时光流逝中寻求亘古不变的设计真理，从时间、空间、以及自然三个维度达成和谐统一。这份持之以恒的坚韧往往需要漫长过程的涤荡洗练。我们希望通过品牌传达出温润内敛的情感，以及熔铸于作品之中，对于设计精益求精的追求。春山秋水设计创立于深圳，作品种类多元化，涵盖精品建筑、室内、软装陈设等领域。设计与实施不脱离人性化服务，在满足顾客诉求的同时，致力于雕琢每件作品所独有的鲜明特质。
