GREEN LIFE

奥迪设计杜康生执笔“262「风格回响」、301「摩登思潮」”样板间设计。以海派风格为核心，于黄浦江与苏州河的交汇处、拥揽上海经济文化的居心地，缔造藏天纳地的沪上圈层人物艺术居所。

Audi designer Du Kangsheng wrote the model room designs for "262 Style Echoes and 301 Modern Trends". Taking the Shanghai style as the core, at the intersection of Huangpu River and Suzhou River, a hub that embraces Shanghais economy and culture, we aim to create an artistic residence for Shanghais influential figures that embraces both heaven and earth.

「风格回响

262 "Style Echoes"

客厅的墙面采用影木结合大理石的拼接装饰，大气奢华彰显品质，结合水雾壁炉，让家庭更具温馨的氛围感。

The walls of the living room are decorated with a combination of shadow wood and marble, exuding an atmosphere of luxury and quality. Combined with a water mist fireplace, it creates a warm and cozy atmosphere for the home.

三层起居室内，一座雕塑感十足的白色楼梯旋舞而上，成为空间中的艺术焦点。

In the three story living room, a sculptural white staircase spirals up, becoming the artistic focal point of the space.

主浴室采用Kallista的Per Se系列水龙头与五金设备，设计线条提炼自上世纪中叶的现代建筑，极简且极致。把手由水晶打造，内部的金箔由人工吹制并自然迸发，每一个图案均独一无二，无法复制。

The main bathroom adopts Kallistas Per Se series faucet and hardware equipment, with design lines extracted from modern architecture in the mid-20th century, minimalist and ultimate. The handle is made of crystal, and the gold foil inside is artificially blown and naturally bursts. Each pattern is unique and cannot be replicated.

次主卫以柔纱粉调天然石材构筑，轻盈中透出浪漫气质，搭配Kallista 002系列龙头与花洒，芙蓉水晶把手从奢华珠宝中汲取灵感，并带来大自然的疗愈力，于方寸之间，诠释优雅细腻的生活美学。

The secondary bathroom is constructed with natural stone mixed with soft gauze powder, exuding a romantic and light temperament. It is paired with Kallista 002 series faucets and showerheads, and the hibiscus crystal handle draws inspiration from luxury jewelry and brings the healing power of nature. In every inch, it interprets an elegant and delicate aesthetic of life.

三组酒柜巧妙融合，金库门造型藏酒装置配有旋转底座，取放便捷，兼具展示、收纳与互动体验，尽显主人品味与热爱。

Three sets of wine cabinets are ingeniously integrated, with a gold vault door shaped wine storage device equipped with a rotating base for easy access and storage. It combines display, storage, and interactive experience, showcasing the owners taste and passion.

「摩登思潮

301 "Modern Trends"

静安里300㎡「摩登思潮」样板间，不仅还原了一个城市的优雅旧梦，更将海纳百川的文化属性转化为永恒的艺术瞬间，为空间注入灵魂与诗性。

The 300 square meter Modern Trend model room in Jingan not only restores the elegant old dream of a city, but also transforms the cultural attribute of embracing all rivers into an eternal artistic moment, injecting soul and poetry into the space.

餐厅一侧，法式装饰韵律被谱以现代节拍，餐桌环抱于动态画幕，中轴对称的雾面玻璃，仿佛一场致敬海派风华的视觉赋格，将满座欢愉柔化为印象派的光影诗篇。

On one side of the restaurant, the French decorative rhythm is set to modern rhythms, and the dining table is surrounded by a dynamic painting screen. The axis symmetrical frosted glass is like a visual fugue that pays tribute to the elegance of the Shanghai style, softening the joy of the entire room into impressionist light and shadow poems.

主卫以ArtDeco风格打造。KALLISTA联袂爱马仕旗下Saint-Louis，为Script系列呈献手工吹制珠宝级水晶把手，经切割打磨璀璨耀眼。龙头底座灵感源自芭蕾舞裙，镀层颜色借鉴撒哈拉沙漠晨光，展现永恒雅奢之美。

The main guard is designed in ArtDeco style. KALLISTA collaborates with Saint Louis, a subsidiary of Herm è s, to present the Script series with hand blown jewelry grade crystal handles that are cut and polished to shine brilliantly. The inspiration for the dragon head base comes from ballet skirts, and the plated color draws inspiration from the morning light of the Sahara Desert, showcasing the eternal beauty of elegance and luxury.

上下布局层次流转，隔层与休闲区悄然呼应，光影成为社交场景的“无声导演”，让每一次聚会都浸润在自然与艺术的交融之中，重现曼哈顿式奢享的东方表达。

The hierarchical layout of the upper and lower levels flows, and the compartments and leisure areas quietly echo each other. Light and shadow become the "silent director" of social scenes, allowing every gathering to be immersed in the fusion of nature and art, reproducing the Oriental expression of Manhattan style luxury.
