“Conde de Aranda”公寓位于马德里萨拉曼卡（Salamanca）高端住宅区，是由PULSO ESTUDIO、伊Ivette Berrondo与PR Arquitectura共同完成的当代住宅改造项目。作为一处2025年的高端复式住宅翻新，该项目在尊重建筑原有结构与文脉的基础上，以克制而优雅的方式实现了当代美学与古典元素的融合。设计团队通过精确的比例控制与精湛的工艺细节，探索了当代奢居如何在空间秩序与物质质感中体现出私密与开放的平衡。

The Conde de Aranda apartment is located in the high-end residential area of Salamanca, Madrid. It is a contemporary residential renovation project jointly completed by PULSO ESTUDIO, Ivette Berrondo and PR Arquitectura. As a high-end duplex residence renovation project for 2025, this project, while respecting the original structure and context of the building, achieves a fusion of contemporary aesthetics and classical elements in a restrained yet elegant manner. The design team, through precise proportion control and exquisite craftsmanship details, explored how contemporary luxury residences can achieve a balance between privacy and openness in spatial order and material texture.

住宅的布局颠覆了传统复式住宅的垂直分区逻辑。项目将私密空间布置于上层和朝向内庭的区域，而将客厅、餐厅与厨房设置在首层，以营造开放且连贯的社交场景。定制的木作家具贯穿整个生活区，木质与织物的立面包覆赋予空间温润的触感。特别为本案打造的金属楼梯以柔和的弧线造型成为室内的雕塑性核心，兼具功能与美学的双重角色，在尺度上既具仪式感又保留了居家的亲和力。

The layout of the residence subverts the vertical zoning logic of traditional duplex houses. The project arranges the private Spaces on the upper floor and in the area facing the inner courtyard, while setting the living room, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor to create an open and coherent social scene. Custom-made wooden furniture runs through the entire living area, and the vertical covering of wood and fabric gives the space a warm touch. The metal staircase specially designed for this case, with its gentle arc shape, becomes the sculptural core of the interior, playing a dual role of functionality and aesthetics. In terms of scale, it is both ritualistic and retains the warmth of a home.

自然光是该项目的重要构成。来自街道立面的木质窗与百叶引入柔和的自然光线，而对原有铁艺与玻璃画廊（gallery）的修复，则在当代空间中唤起了历史记忆。这一介入策略不仅延续了建筑的文化连续性，也为空间注入了独特的视觉层次与质感对比。

Natural light is an important component of this project. The wooden Windows and blinds from the street facade bring in soft natural light, while the restoration of the original ironwork and glass gallery evokes historical memories in the contemporary space. This intervention strategy not only continues the cultural continuity of the building but also infuses the space with unique visual layers and texture contrasts.

材料的选择与搭配延续了项目整体的精致语言。天然橡木饰面与石材地坪、织物立面相结合，塑造出沉静而高贵的氛围。照明设计采用无顶灯的间接光源，通过定制的壁面线条与嵌入式灯带营造柔和的漫射光，避免眩光与强烈对比，从而形成宁静、平衡的光环境。通过对空间结构、光线与材料的协调，设计团队实现了一种兼具现代感与人文温度的住宅体验。

The selection and combination of materials continue the overall refined language of the project. The combination of natural oak veneer with stone flooring and fabric facades creates a serene and noble atmosphere. The lighting design adopts the indirect light source of ceiling-less lights, creating soft diffused light through custom wall lines and embedded light strips, avoiding glare and strong contrast, thus forming a quiet and balanced light environment. Through the coordination of spatial structure, light and materials, the design team has achieved a residential experience that combines modernity with humanistic warmth.
