In Tongan Village, Shanghai, Brummel Design breaks away from traditional modernist spaces with avant-garde design, thinking about what is truly a space that can withstand scrutiny and breathe with life. Based on the urban cultural genes of the original architecture, Brummel Design has reorganized classical elements and traditional craftsmanship, giving them new vitality in contemporary life. The space retains the delicate temperature of craftsmanship while injecting contemporary aesthetics and functionality into its form and structure. This dialogue between the old and the new has enabled Tonganli to transcend mere aesthetic displays and become a neoclassical space that can be repeatedly savored and continuously grown.

空间，是容纳故事的收藏馆。我们以世界的观察者自居，让器物、光影与自然肌理在此交融，共构为一处超越时空的沉浸剧场。

Space is a collection hall that houses stories. We consider ourselves observers of the world, blending objects, light and shadow with natural textures to create an immersive theater that transcends time and space.

甲纹铭刻着潮汐涨落的密语，持续释放古堡时代的铅字香气。转曲样式装饰扭转了时间，正是相对论中“引力时间膨胀”的艺术转译。

The armor pattern is engraved with the secret language of tidal fluctuations, continuously releasing the fragrance of lead letters from the castle era. The curved style decoration twists time, which is the artistic translation of gravitational time dilation in relativity.

在这里，器物、光影与自然肌理相互交融、共构，营造出超越时空的沉浸剧场，仿若把大自然的灵动与艺术的精妙，都悄然藏进了这一方私享空间里。

Here, objects, light, and natural textures blend and construct together, creating an immersive theater that transcends time and space, as if the agility of nature and the subtlety of art are quietly hidden in this private space.

圆形几面实为压缩的植物年轮全息图，木质肌理间浮动着上古蕨类标本，特殊釉面在特定角度会析出星图投影。桌上龟甲摆件与墙面相呼应，构成这个空间慢速时空的守护者。淡粉色花枝在磨砂质感的白色花瓶中肆意舒展，如春日信使般带来灵动气息，漫溢着闲适的生活哲思。

The circular surfaces are actually compressed holograms of plant rings, with ancient fern specimens floating between the wooden texture. The special glaze will produce star map projections at specific angles. The turtle shell ornaments on the table echo the wall, forming the guardian of this slow paced space-time space. The light pink flower branches stretch freely in the frosted white vase, bringing a lively atmosphere like a spring messenger, overflowing with leisurely life philosophy.

悬于顶部的六棱几何吊灯以独特轮廓演绎结构美学，暖调光线透过棱角投射出渐变光晕，构成空间的核心视觉元素。环状餐桌中央点缀着精致花艺组合，四周环绕着棕褐皮质餐椅，银质餐具与水晶高脚杯于桌面井然列席，勾勒出雅致的宴饮场景。

The hexagonal geometric chandelier hanging at the top interprets structural aesthetics with a unique contour, and warm toned light projects a gradient halo through the edges, forming the core visual element of the space. The center of the circular dining table is adorned with exquisite floral arrangements, surrounded by brown leather dining chairs. Silver tableware and crystal high footed cups sit neatly on the table, outlining an elegant banquet scene.

We choose to make architecture an extension of the earth, weaving a symbiotic aesthetic between nature and humanity in every aspect, from the power of animal sculptures to the spirituality of natural creatures.

线条、曲线，以最直观地动态演绎空间肌理，层层舒展、似漩涡缓缓旋聚。中心悬挂的枝形吊灯如“花蕊”般绽放，金属质感与暖黄光影交织出精密却富有生命感的形态。

Lines and curves dynamically depict the spatial texture in the most intuitive way, stretching layer by layer and slowly swirling like a vortex. The central hanging branch chandelier blooms like a flower bud, interweaving metallic texture with warm yellow light and shadow to create a precise yet vibrant form.

暖光从落地灯的通透肌理中柔缓漫溢，既似工艺凝练的艺术装置，又暗合自然形态的生长韵律；光影在地面与墙面晕开温润边界，仿佛时间在此慢淌，只剩艺术与光影的轻声絮语。

Warm light gently overflows from the transparent texture of the floor lamp, resembling both a condensed artistic installation and a natural growth rhythm; Light and shadow create a warm boundary between the ground and the wall, as if time is slowly flowing here, leaving only the soft whispers of art and light and shadow.

接待区的实木前台，以榫卯结构暗合树木的生命轨迹，保留自然形态与纹理，原生木纹肌理自然舒展，悄然流淌溪流白噪音，形成空间原生声场。台面两端以解构主义手法打造悬浮式灯体装置，玻璃灯罩与内嵌网纹相呼应，透出琥珀光晕，呈现当代设计与荒野诗意的拓扑共生体，如丛林里的原野泛舟。

The solid wood front desk in the reception area is designed with mortise and tenon joints that closely follow the life trajectory of the trees, preserving their natural form and texture. The natural wood grain texture is naturally stretched, quietly flowing with white noise from the stream, creating a natural sound field in the space. The two ends of the countertop are designed with deconstructivist techniques to create suspended lamp installations. The glass lampshade echoes the embedded mesh, revealing an amber halo and presenting a topological symbiosis of contemporary design and wilderness poetry, like a wilderness boating in the jungle.

Entering the negotiation area, fluid mechanics surface design forms a visual tension of order and breakthrough in the evolution of geomechanics. The white peacock sculpture has a graceful posture and graceful steps, symbolizing nobility and auspiciousness, and conveying a design taste of not following the crowd.

吧台以木色调为基础，树纹吊灯模仿树木的纹理与形态，灯光透过纹路散发柔和层次感，营造温馨且舒展的空间氛围；吧台旁孔雀 “瀑布尾” 洁白修长，瞬间成为空间标志性元素，增添艺术奢华感。

The bar counter is based on wooden tones, with tree patterned chandeliers imitating the texture and form of trees. The light emits a soft and layered feeling through the patterns, creating a warm and relaxed spatial atmosphere; The peacock waterfall tail beside the bar is white and slender, instantly becoming a landmark element of the space, adding a sense of artistic luxury.

The dark seated sculpture of a monkey and the jungle pattern on the sofa complement each other, together capturing a wild indoor jungle. The floor to ceiling warm lamp next to it pours warm light, enclosing a gentle boundary for this small scenery.

The narrative of dawn and dusk weaving light between the grilles, the elliptical tea mat stage suspended in the center of the spatial magnetic field, and the annual ring texture of the entire log section presented a state of ink painting as the sun shadow moved.

The third floor customer reception area is the final chapter of spatial narrative and the prelude to future life. This is not only a place for signing contracts, but also a spiritual ceremony about time, memory, and belonging.

墙面以浅米色丝绒铺陈，悬挂的金属装置如悬浮的星轨，暗合招商百年航程中的历史节点。沙发组合采用低饱和色调，搭配深色木质茶几与黄铜细节，营造出沉稳而高雅的氛围。

The wall is paved with light beige velvet, and the suspended metal devices resemble suspended star tracks, which are in line with the historical nodes of the century long journey of attracting investment.
