有人曾说过：绍兴，像温厚醇香的女儿红。女儿红温柔绵长，绵柔不失劲道，热烈而不至于激烈，优雅而不流于纤巧。上虞更

是如此，温柔明净，也不乏刚劲与热烈豪迈。

对在城市生活的人来说，一条从小看熟的街道，一栋日日经过的房子，就是故乡。” 对于身为设计师来说，友爱路就是这样的地方，对这条街道有着天然的情感与意义。

带着这份情感，他决定着手设计这套建筑，允许自己在熟悉的节奏中找到心的方向，也能安心迎接未来。

Shaoxing is a city that puts people at the center of everything, both materially and spiritually. Shangyu District, in particular, gently slows down one’s pace, allowing people to hear the voice within and cherish every tiny detail with genuine care. As someone once said Nüer Hong is gentle and lingering—soft yet firm, warm without being intense, elegant without being delicate. The same goes for Shaoxing: tender and clear, yet not lacking in fortitude, passion, and boldness.

For those living in cities, a street familiar since childhood or a building passed by every day is home. For this designer, Youai Road is exactly such a place—a street that holds a natural emotional connection and profound significance. With this sentiment in mind, he decided to take on the design of this architectural project, allowing himself to find his inner direction in the familiar rhythm of life and embrace the future with peace of mind.

“在嘈杂的城市里，若能为人提供一个透气的、仿佛置身自然的环境，这里便会生成一种精神性的场域。我想，这正是这所房子最有意义的地方。”

In what may be one of the worlds most densely populated cities, creating a breathable environment that evokes nature can generate a spiritual resonance—this, I believe, is where the greatest significance of this house lies.

设计思路围绕 “自然共生   功能融合   东方意境”

Preservation laws kept the structure intact—even window proportions stayed fixed. This demanded creative solutions within strict limits. Modernism, aligned with Eastern thought, values openness: light, wind and voids allow indoor-outdoor flow, blending nature with daily living through subtle harmony.

壁炉是这方天地的灵魂：红铜肌理的背景墙如陈年檀木般沉郁，深色木架托着釉黑器皿，粗粝与温软在此缠结。左畔堆叠的原木正候着焰舌轻舔，跃动的火光裹着暖意漫过米白沙发的绒面，金属支架边几的冷光，恰与这温煦织就半缕禅意。黑白几何地毯如泼墨的素笺，在暖米色微水泥墙的柔波里漾开层次；右侧黑栅窗棂是裁景的画框，将院外石墙的苍朴、草木的清润，都拢作室内的一帧静美.

The fireplace is the soul of this realm: its copper-textured backdrop lingers with the depth of aged sandalwood, while dark wooden shelves cradle black-glazed vessels, weaving a tangle of roughness and softness. Stacked logs on the left await the flame’s gentle lick; dancing firelight wraps warmth around the velvet of the off-white sofa, and the cool glint of the metal-framed side table knots this coziness into a thread of Zen. The black-and-white geometric carpet, like a ink-splashed scroll, ripples with layers against the soft tide of warm beige micro-cement walls; the black-gridded window on the right is a frame for scenery, gathering the courtyard’s weathered stone walls and fresh greenery into a quiet beauty within.

挑高的天井是自然的画框，上方格栅窗将树影筛成流动的帘幕，与米白纱帘共舞成风的形状。微水泥楼梯如卧鲸般蜿蜒而上，粗犷肌理里藏着手工打磨的温度；转角处的绿植似破土而出的精灵，深灰陶瓶托着舒展的枝叶，与黑色书架的庄重形成呼吸感的对话。

Descending from the second floor to the first, the double-height patio acts as a natural picture frame. Above, the lattice window sifts tree shadows into a flowing curtain, which dances with the off-white gauze drapes to take the shape of the wind. The microcement staircase curves upward like a resting whale, its rough texture holding the warmth of hand-finishing; at the corner, potted greenery feels like a sprite bursting from the earth, its unfurling branches propped in a dark gray ceramic vase, striking a rhythmic, breathable dialogue with the solemnity of the black bookshelves.

以原木格栅重构传统建筑 “木构骨架”，用竹帘替代繁复窗棂，既保留江南宅院的 “虚实韵律”，又以极简线条适配当代审美，让古典意境脱离符号化堆砌。

Reimagining the wooden structural frame of traditional architecture with log latticework, and replacing ornate window lattice with bamboo screens: this design not only preserves the rhythm of void and solid of Jiangnan courtyard houses, but also aligns with contemporary aesthetics through minimalist lines—freeing classical ambiance from the clutter of symbolic ornamentation.

Infusing Eastern artistic conception with a relaxed texture, we craft a spiritual buffer space that not only inherits the wabi-sabi Eastern style throughout the entire residence but also fosters an exclusive serene ambiance through nuanced details.

把 “实用” 与 “情绪价值” 揉进了日常动线里 —— 让原本只是 “通行” 的楼梯间，变成了能随时承接 “放松、阅读、放空” 的生活节点，让家的每一处都能适配 “不刻意的舒适”

面玻璃窗   金属格栅设计，既引入自然光，又让室内外（庭院石墙、绿植）形成视觉衔接，弱化厨房的封闭感

The design featuring expansive glass windows paired with metal latticework not only floods the interior with natural light, but also creates a visual connection between the indoors and outdoors—including the courtyard stone walls and greenery—thus softening the enclosed feel of the kitchen.

以 “克制的高端” 替代 “堆砌的奢华”

—— 让材质的自然质感、空间的无界联动、细节的隐形设计，共同构建出 “既适配高频生活，又承载精神松弛” 的高端居住场域。

采用浮雕式石膏吊顶，复刻古典建筑的装饰肌理，以手工感的细节赋予空间 “时间沉淀的高端感”，同时通过浅色调弱化复古元素的厚重，适配当代审美；

Embossed gypsum ceiling is adopted to replicate the decorative texture of classical architecture. The handcrafted details endow the space with a time-honed sense of luxury, while light color tones soften the heaviness of retro elements to align with contemporary aesthetics. With dark smoked wood and matte microcement walls as the base, the deep grain of smoked wood and the plain texture of microcement form a material dialogue between retro and contemporary. Complemented by light-toned soft furnishings (off-white sofas, linen curtains), the depressing feeling of dark colors is neutralized, achieving a textured balance of low-key luxury without ostentation.

Let retro aesthetics serve as the underpinning of texture rather than a mere stylistic label—through the contemporary reinterpretation of materials, functions, and details, we fuse vintage charm with the practicality of modern living, creating a residential space that embraces both effortless ease and sophisticated luxury.

打磨一个房子，其实跟艺术家创作一样，是将自己的情感、用自己的双手融入创作，再经由时间的洗礼，可能会有不完美。但是作品本身是在不断完整的，最终才能成为一件艺术作品。接受时间，接受生活的不同体验，艺术地，用自己的方式生活，这种“慢”和“从容”，是真正的奢侈。

True luxury is the ability to slow down — a calm presence shaped by materials, rhythm, and light, where everyday life carries warmth and authenticity. It is the space to hear the wind and witness time.

为自己做设计，本质上是将设计回归为生活本身。空间，最终是一个人如何与时间、空间、自然和自我相处的方式。

城市的喧闹隔在一墙之外，屋内友朋欢笑交织。人生确实是有限的，而有限才让人更珍惜当下。多年过去，在记忆中留下的，将是一座心安之邸，一处可以久居的自然之地。日常不只是最美好的风景，更是我们与世界建立联系的方式。

Designing for oneself, at its core, is about returning design to the essence of living. A space ultimately reflects how one coexists with time, nature, and the self. Beyond the walls, the city’s noise fades; inside, laughter and conversation intertwine. Life is indeed finite — and it’s this finitude that makes the present precious, inspiring us to leave lasting marks on the journey toward freedom and dreams. Years later, what endures in memory is a true home — a natural dwelling for the long term, where everyday life becomes the most beautiful landscape, cast in one’s own time.
