Greenhouse项目位于意大利科莫(Como, Italy)，是对一座历史悠久的柠檬温室的改造工程。设计团队在保留原有建筑魅力的基础上，将其转化为兼具现代感与优雅氛围的居所。通过增建与抬高建筑高度，住宅布局得以扩展为四间带独立卫浴的卧室，以及宽敞的客厅、厨房和餐饮区。大面积铁框窗户与格条设计让自然光充盈室内，而墙面上绘制的绿色植物图案唤起悠久花园的意象。空间色彩以柔和的粉彩为主，营造出如童话般的宁静氛围。

The Greenhouse project is located in Como, Italy. It is a renovation project of an old lemon greenhouse. The design team preserved the charm of the original building and transformed it into a residence that combines modernity with an elegant atmosphere. By adding new structures and raising the buildings height, the layout of the residence was expanded to include four bedrooms with separate bathrooms, as well as a spacious living room, kitchen, and dining area. Large iron-framed windows and strip designs allow abundant natural light to fill the interior, while the green plant patterns painted on the walls evoke the image of a long-gone garden. The color scheme of the space is mainly soft pastels, creating a tranquil atmosphere reminiscent of a fairy tale.

公共区域铺设传统伦巴第(Lombard)红陶地砖，卧室则选用温润的意大利核桃木(National Walnut Wood)，增添精致奢华感。浴室设计简约，采用微水泥与漆面材质，与整体经典优雅形成现代对比。无论是铁艺细节还是手工地板，每一处设计均体现出舒适与精致的平衡。

The public areas are paved with traditional Lombard red ceramic tiles, while the bedrooms feature the soft and warm Italian National Walnut Wood, adding a touch of exquisite luxury. The bathroom design is simple, using micro-cement and painted materials, creating a modern contrast with the overall classic elegance. Every design element, from the ironwork details to the handmade floors, embodies a balance between comfort and refinement.

Villa Aureggi位于意大利科莫湖畔的特雷梅齐纳（Lenno, Tremezzina, Como, Italy），是一座建于19世纪中叶的贵族别墅。此次翻新在尊重历史价值的前提下进行，由意大利文物保护机构Soprintendenza Archeologia Belle Arti e Paesaggio监管，力求在现代舒适与历史保护之间找到平衡。原有天花板得以保留，而地面则重新铺设，以适应地暖和气候控制系统。材料选择考究：底层为水磨石（terrazzo），一层为木地板，主卧浴室铺设大理石，厨房使用莫尔特拉西奥石（Moltrasio stone）并改造旧壁炉以支持烧烤功能，同时配备卡拉拉大理石（Carrara marble）台面及Officine Gullo烹饪模块。

Villa Aureggi is located in Lenno, Tremezzina, Como, Italy, on the shores of Lake Como. It is a noble villa built in the mid-19th century. This renovation was carried out while respecting the historical value, and was supervised by the Italian cultural heritage protection agency Soprintendenza Archeologia Belle Arti e Paesaggio. The aim was to strike a balance between modern comfort and historical preservation. The original ceiling was retained, while the floor was repaved to accommodate underfloor heating and climate control systems. The material selection was meticulous: the lower level was terrazzo, the first floor was wooden flooring, the master bedroom bathroom was paved with marble, the kitchen used Moltrasio stone and renovated the old fireplace to support the barbecue function, and was equipped with Carrara marble countertops and Officine Gullo cooking modules.

室内空间兼具传统与现代设计风格，客厅通过大窗户呈现湖景，营造宁静舒适的休憩环境；图书馆中书架与大钢琴在精美天花板装饰下形成和谐的视觉效果。外部景观也经过精心重塑，新增泳池与别墅及周边自然环境自然融合，立面修复则保留了原有宏伟格调。整个翻新在材料、空间布局及历史细节处理上，都体现了对建筑文化遗产的深刻理解。

The interior space combines traditional and modern design styles. The living room, with large windows, presents the lake view, creating a peaceful and comfortable resting environment. In the library, the bookshelves and grand piano, under the exquisite ceiling decoration, form a harmonious visual effect. The exterior landscape has also been meticulously recreated, with a new swimming pool seamlessly integrating with the villa and the surrounding natural environment. The facade restoration retains the original grand style. The entire renovation, in terms of materials, spatial layout, and historical detail handling, demonstrates a profound understanding of the architectural cultural heritage.
