Faeh House 是由设计事务所 Hanya Leo Artefacts - Spaces 精心打造的一座当代住宅，其设计理念根植于一种细腻而克制的现代主义精神。项目以20世纪中期现代建筑的空间品质为基础，融合业主鲜明而内敛的个性诉求，使住宅在开放与私密之间形成富有层次的渐进式体验。建筑并非一览无余，而是在行走与停留中逐步展开，空间气质宁静而舒展，却始终保留恰到好处的温暖氛围。

Faeh House is a contemporary residence meticulously designed by the design firm Hanya Leo Artefacts - Spaces. Its design concept is rooted in a delicate and restrained modernist spirit. The project is based on the spatial quality of mid-20th-century modern architecture, integrating the distinct and restrained personal demands of the owner, to create a progressive and layered experience between openness and privacy. The building is not completely exposed， but unfolds gradually through walking and staying. The space atmosphere is serene and expansive, yet always retains the just-right warm ambiance.

室内设计的核心强调可持续性、天然材料以及触觉体验。设计团队特别关注材料随时间变化的能力，那些能够自然老化、产生岁月质感的表面成为空间情绪的重要组成部分。瑞士本土高品质工艺在项目中占据关键地位，不仅体现在定制构件与细部处理上，也体现在对材料本身的尊重与理解。整体设计语言并非孤立生成，而是回应多重语境：原有建筑的结构逻辑、业主的审美取向，以及场地所蕴含的氛围。

The core of interior design emphasizes sustainability, natural materials, and tactile experiences. The design team pays particular attention to the materials ability to change over time, and those surfaces that can naturally age and develop a sense of years become an important part of the spatial mood. The high-quality local craftsmanship of Switzerland holds a crucial position in the project, not only reflected in the custom components and detailed treatments, but also in the respect and understanding of the materials themselves. The overall design language is not generated independently but responds to multiple contexts: the structural logic of the original building, the aesthetic preferences of the owner, and the atmosphere contained in the site.

In terms of furniture selection, the design team introduced the DS-707 sofa from the De Sede brand. Its sculptural and free form brings a soft contrast to the restrained and rational architectural lines, enhancing the emotional warmth of the space. The collaboration between Hanya Leo Artefacts - Spaces and De Sede is based on a deep consensus on materials and craftsmanship. The brands professional support in material selection, customization, and restoration enables the design intent to be precisely implemented.

The Faeh House demonstrates the possibility of integrating architecture, materials and identity consciousness. By reducing form noise, emphasizing texture expression and detailing craftsmanship, the space creates a lasting and profound emotional resonance in a low-key manner.
