穿过由石墙和金属铁门构成的八云茶寮外院大门,沿石阶而上,客人会看到一幅印有徽章的白色对开暖帘,其后若隐若现的是一座以白色为基调的邸宅。
Upon passing through the outer courtyard gate of Yakumo Saryo, composed of a stone wall and a metal gate, and ascending the stone steps, guests will encounter a white double-sided noren (a traditional Japanese fabric divider) adorned with an emblem, behind which a white-based mansion looms faintly.
绪方慎一郎的设计涵盖玻璃、纸张、陶瓷与青铜,始终专注于工艺性,其工作室“简素”(Simplicity)融合了日本传统美学与现代思维。从心斋桥Aesop店铺到最新Andaz酒店,他的每个作品细节都令人难忘且富有感染力。尽管绪方曾设计多家餐厅,但八云茶寮才真正捕捉其设计精髓:室内融合传统日式元素与天然材质,整体弥漫宁静氛围,简洁而精致,低调展现其签名式风格。正如绪方所言,这是一处让顾客远离城市喧嚣的空间,在这里可以尽情放松、疗愈身心。
Shinichiro Ogatas designs encompass glass, paper, ceramics, and bronze, always emphasizing craftsmanship. His studio, Simplicity, merges traditional Japanese aesthetics with modern thinking. From the Aesop store in Shinsaibashi to the latest Andaz hotel, every detail of his works is memorable and infectious. Although Ogata has designed numerous restaurants, Yakumo Saryo truly captures the essence of his design philosophy: the interior blends traditional Japanese elements with natural materials, exuding a serene ambiance that is simple yet refined, subtly showcasing his signature style. As Ogata puts it, it is a space where customers can escape the hustle and bustle of the city, relaxing and healing their minds and bodies.

八云茶寮的室内空间运用石、木与混凝土等天然材料,营造出传统日式宅邸的氛围,温暖的木色调构成主体基调。不论是榻榻米座席还是长餐桌的设置,都为空间增添了舒适而亲密的感受;落地窗将室外花园景致与自然光引入室内。室外的日式庭园与外界隔绝,形成沉浸式的避世绿洲,梅树与庭院被巧妙融入建筑周围的景观中,与自然融为一体,使景观无意间成为充满感染力的艺术品。整个场所宁静而细腻,体现出设计师绪方慎一郎一贯的美学追求。
The interior space of Yakumo Saryo employs natural materials such as stone, wood, and concrete to create the atmosphere of a traditional Japanese residence, with warm wooden tones forming the main color scheme. Both tatami seating and long dining tables add a sense of comfort and intimacy to the space; floor-to-ceiling windows introduce outdoor garden views and natural light into the interior. The outdoor Japanese garden is secluded from the outside world, forming an immersive oasis of tranquility. The plum trees and the garden are cleverly integrated into the landscape surrounding the building, blending harmoniously with nature and transforming the scenery into an infectious work of art. The entire venue is serene and delicate, reflecting the consistent aesthetic pursuit of designer Shinichiro Ogata.

穿过庭院和前台,便来到最深处的Sabo茶室。茶室三面墙壁采用传统日本建材“漆喰”(灰浆)涂刷,一侧为吧台,另一侧设有一张大方桌并配以九张木椅,构成用餐与品茶区。木桌设计暗藏巧思:其高度以日式榻榻米坐姿时人体与桌面的舒适距离为基准进行调整,降低了传统桌高,实现了传统与现代的融合,创造出全新的桌椅尺度体系。
Passing through the garden and the reception area, one arrives at the Sabo teahouse at the deepest part. Three walls of the teahouse are coated with shikkui (a traditional Japanese plaster), while one side features a bar counter and the other side is equipped with a large square table and nine wooden chairs, forming a dining and tea-tasting area. The wooden table is cleverly designed: its height is adjusted based on the comfortable distance between the human body and the tabletop when sitting in the traditional Japanese tatami style, lowering the traditional table height and achieving a fusion of tradition and modernity, creating a new table-and-chair scale system.

茶室内唯一自然光源来自一扇与方桌边长相近的长方形窗户,窗外是以梅树为主的庭园景观,四季更迭皆可入画。移门厚重且纹理细腻,关闭后室内光线柔和,照明器具少而小,恰当的幽暗营造出静谧雅致的氛围。天气晴朗时,透过窗户折射而入的自然光越发清澈,阴影也更显深邃,进一步增强了空间的沉浸感。
The only natural light source in the teahouse comes from a rectangular window nearly the same length as the side of the square table, offering a view of the garden dominated by plum trees, which presents a picturesque scene throughout the seasons. The sliding doors are heavy and finely textured, creating a soft indoor light when closed. The lighting fixtures are few and small, and the appropriate dimness creates a tranquil and elegant atmosphere. On sunny days, the natural light refracted through the window becomes clearer, and the shadows deeper, further enhancing the immersive experience of the space.

八云茶寮的用餐空间以白色灰泥墙为特色,融合了现代与传统,主厅设有10个吧台座位和14个花园座位。主厅空间宽敞明亮,所有餐椅均以白布覆盖,餐桌与餐盘表面触感光滑,材质为明日柏(一种抗菌性强、防水性高的桧木)。印有纹样的餐布叠放在长方形木质托盘上,蓬松如云。空间的一侧尽头还设有整面落地窗,朝向庭院,可将四季更迭的景致尽收眼底。落地窗引入温暖阳光,让自然光线洒满用餐区,并呈现花园美景,梅花盛放时节尤为迷人。
The dining space of Yakumo Saryo features white plaster walls that blend modernity with tradition. The main hall has 10 bar seats and 14 garden seats. The main hall is spacious and bright, with all dining chairs covered in white cloth. The tables and plates have a smooth touch and are made of asunaro (a type of hinoki cypress with strong antibacterial and waterproof properties). The printed napkins are folded and placed on rectangular wooden trays, fluffy like clouds. At one end of the space, there is a full-length floor-to-ceiling window facing the garden, capturing the changing seasons. The window allows warm sunlight to flood the dining area and showcases the garden views, especially enchanting when the plum blossoms are in full bloom.
此外,餐厅还提供最多容纳八人的独立包间。包间延续主厅的设计语言,以白色灰泥墙面和天然材质营造静谧氛围。餐桌旁设有开放式厨房,使客人在用餐的同时可观赏厨师的烹饪过程。
The restaurant also offers private dining rooms accommodating up to eight people. Continuing the design language of the main dining room, these rooms feature white stucco walls and natural materials, creating a tranquil ambiance. An open kitchen adjacent to the dining table allows diners to watch the chefs prepare their meals.
室内所有灯具均由设计师绪方慎一郎(Shinichiro Ogata)亲自设计,其造型简约而典雅,与餐厅整体宁静质朴的氛围相得益彰。
All interior lighting fixtures were designed by designer Shinichiro Ogata himself. Their simple yet elegant design complements the restaurants overall tranquil and rustic atmosphere.
沙龙区同时用作画廊与接待区,精品区还售有手作甜品与和果子。
The salon area serves as both a gallery and reception area, while the boutique area also sells handmade desserts and Japanese confectionery.

Yakumo Saryo blends traditional craftsmanship with a forward-looking vision, using artisan skills to create tableware made from materials such as pottery, iron, tin, copper, lacquerware, glass, wood, and bamboo.
