This 640m² residence redefines single-storey living with a clever split-level design, elevating main living spaces with soaring ceilings that amplify grandeur. A striking off-form concrete wall runs from front to back, guiding occupants through a captivating spatial journey while binding the home’s aesthetic. Every detail surpasses expectations, radiating a contemporary resort ambiance that balances communal connection and personal solitude seamlessly.

Zoning is a masterpiece here, creating secluded pockets of calm alongside expansive areas for year-round entertaining. Expansive glazing erases the boundary between indoor and outdoor, framing lush surroundings as living artwork through dark windows and doors. Courtyards and floor-to-ceiling glass blend nature with habitation, emphasizing a lifestyle-centric design.
