Heath House坐落于伦敦汉普斯特德区，是一栋受历史保护的城郊住宅。该项目由A New Day室内设计工作室与Fraher - Findlay建筑事务所联合改造，设计团队在严格保留建筑历史肌理的基础上，通过打通阁楼客房与庭院的空间动线，让传统格局与现代居住需求实现了平衡与融合。

Heath House is located in the Hampstead area of London and is a historically protected suburban residence. This project was jointly renovated by A New Day Interior Design Studio and Fraher - Findlay Architecture Firm. The design team, while strictly preserving the historical texture of the building, achieved a balance and integration of traditional layout and modern living needs by打通 the spatial connections between the attic guest room and the courtyard.

在材料与色彩体系上，项目以质感与触感为设计核心：温润的木饰面、细腻的石材与柔和哑光墙面搭配，共同构筑出富有层次的中性色调，让空间在极简的轮廓之下，依然保有居家的温度与生活细节。设计始终强调材料的耐用性与长期使用的美感，以此减少后期翻新频次，提升空间使用寿命。

In terms of the material and color system, the project takes texture and touch as the design core: the warm wood veneer, the fine stone, and the soft matte walls are combined to create a layered neutral color scheme, which gives the space a sense of warmth and daily life details even within a minimalist layout. The design always emphasizes the durability of the materials and the aesthetic appeal of long-term use, in order to reduce the frequency of subsequent renovations and extend the lifespan of the space.

室内软装融合了现代英伦工艺与当代独立设计师作品，风格克制而精致。摄影师安娜·斯塔萨基（Anna Stathaki）与造型师安娜·谢里丹（Anna Sheridan）的影像记录，着重呈现了光线与材质的互动关系，以及家具、艺术品在日常场景中的自然状态，让空间的细节感知成为诠释设计理念的重要方式。

The interior soft decoration combines modern British craftsmanship with contemporary independent designer works, presenting a restrained and exquisite style. The photographic records by photographer Anna Stathaki and stylist Anna Sheridan focus on the interaction between light and materials, as well as the natural state of furniture and artworks in daily scenes, making the perception of space details an important way to interpret the design concept.

庭院景观由Ula Maria Studio打造，被设计为向室内延伸的绿色空间，为住宅带来四季变化的视觉与感官体验。项目同时融入节能与环保改造技术，使这座历史住宅在延续文化价值的同时，迈向更具韧性、更可持续的现代居住模式。

The courtyard landscape was created by Ula Maria Studio and is designed as a green space that extends into the interior, providing the residence with visual and sensory experiences of changing seasons throughout the year. The project also incorporates energy-saving and environmental protection renovation technologies, enabling this historic residence to continue its cultural value while moving towards a more resilient and sustainable modern living model.
