This project is designed for a family of four, whose vision for their home is one of openness, brightness, elegance, and eclecticism. We opened up the kitchen layout to create an integrated dining and cooking core: an open-concept western kitchen, a Chinese kitchen, a central island, and a round dining table.

整个空间以开放、通透的结构为基础，弱化传统客厅的中心感，让起居、阅读、收纳自然地衔接在一起。

Based on an open and permeable spatial structure, the design diminishes the traditional centrality of the living room, allowing living, reading, and storage functions to flow naturally into one another.

材质选用以自然、质朴为原则，木作的温润与墙面的素雅形成温和对比，在统一的色调体系中通过肌理差异构建细节层次，避免过度堆砌带来的视觉压迫。

Materials are selected for their natural and understated qualities. The warmth of woodwork forms a gentle contrast with the understated wall finishes, while textural variations within a unified colour palette build subtle layers of detail, avoiding visual heaviness caused by excessive ornamentation.

整体色彩克制内敛，局部以适度的点缀形成视觉焦点，平衡理性与感性。

The overall colour scheme is restrained and muted, with carefully placed accents to create visual focal points, balancing rationality and sensibility.

居住本身，强调实用、舒适与长期耐看性，在克制的

表达中，呈现空间与生活的平衡关系。

Ultimately, the design returns to the essence of living, prioritising functionality, comfort, and timeless aesthetics. Through restrained expression, it achieves a balanced relationship between space and daily life.
