SOHO FAMILY LOFT以克制且精准的空间表达，呼应纽约苏荷区的工业遗产基底，在历史肌理与当代生活的融合中构建出清晰的空间秩序。该设计由

BuiltIn工作室

主导，整体采用开放式布局，让原有高挑的建筑空间拥有更流畅的使用动线，建筑的结构柱与外露梁体被完整保留，成为塑造空间视觉节奏的核心元素。

SOHO FAMILY LOFT, with its restrained and precise spatial expression,echoes the industrial heritage base of Soho, New York, and constructs a clear spatial order in the integration of historical texture and contemporary life. This design was led by Builtln Studio. The overall layout adopts an open style, allowing the originally tall building space to have a more fluid usage flow. The structural columns and exposed beams of the building are completely retained,becoming the core elements that shape the visual rhythm of the space.

设计在空间处理上注重比例与留白的平衡把控，核心起居区域依托家具的巧妙排布，自然划分出不同功能界面。设计团队选用低饱和度的材质体系，搭配浅色木饰面、天然石材与亚麻织物，打造出富有层次的柔和触感；光线在不同材质表面自然过渡，让整个空间呈现出沉稳内敛的质感。

The design pays close attention to the balance of proportion and negative space in spatial treatment. The core living area is naturally divided into different functional interfaces through the ingenious arrangement of furniture. The design team selects a low-saturation material system, combining light-colored wood veneer, natural stone and linen fabric to create a richly layered and soft touch. Light transitions naturally across different material surfaces, giving the entire space a calm and reserved texture.

在细节营造上，定制家具与艺术陈设成为空间叙事的关键载体。

BuiltIn Studio

将雕塑感座椅与极简风格灯具搭配组合，在强化空间艺术氛围的同时，兼顾日常使用的舒适体验；厨房与餐区采用统一的材质打造，实现了视觉上的连贯衔接，让功能区域的转换更显自然流畅。

In terms of detail creation, custom furniture and artistic furnishings serve as the key carriers of the spatial narrative. BuiltIn Studio combines sculptural seating with minimalist lighting fixtures to enhance the artistic atmosphere of the space while also ensuring a comfortable experience for daily use. The kitchen and dining area are constructed with the same materials, achieving a visually seamless connection, making the transition between functional areas appear more natural and smooth.

项目设计同样考量居住体验的长效性，通过弱化装饰性元素的视觉干扰，突出空间本体的表达张力。卧室区域延续了整体的设计基调，以更具柔软度的材质铺陈，营造出静谧的私密氛围。SOHO FAMILY LOFT于克制的设计表达中勾勒出细腻的空间层次，精准诠释了当代城市住宅对居住品质与空间秩序的双重追求。

The project design also takes into account the long-term nature of the living experience. By reducing the visual interference of decorative elements, it highlights the expressive tension of the spatial entity. The bedroom area continues the overall design tone, using softer materials to create a quiet and private atmosphere. SOHO FAMILY LOFT, through restrained design expression, delineates delicate spatial layers, accurately interpreting the dual pursuit of contemporary urban residences for living quality and spatial order.
