Apartamento LP

流动的自然

Nildojose Arquitetura去年落成的项目，在此项目中体现了对都市微型住宅的深度思考：通过精准的比例把控与模块化设计，将空间转化为兼具社交、休憩与工作功能的可持续生活单元，重新定义紧凑型公寓的可能性。

The project completed by Nildojose Arquitetura last year reflects deep thinking about urban micro-housing: through precise proportional control and modular design, the space is transformed into a sustainable life with both social, rest and work functions. Unit, redefines the possibility of compact apartments.

在材料方面，橡木饰面、哑光石材与混凝土纹理形成冷暖平衡。米白、浅灰为主色，局部深褐与墨绿点缀，强化空间层次。功能布局采用复合型核心区：客厅、餐厨与书房通过可移动隔断实现功能切换。

In terms of materials, oak veneer, matte stone and concrete texture form a balance of warmth and coldness. The main colors are beige and light gray, and the local dark brown and dark green are embellished to enhance the spatial level. The functional layout adopts a composite core area: the living room, dining and study room can be switched through movable partitions.

Apartamento ML

智能人居设计

The Apartment ML is a micro intelligent residential experimental project launched by the Nildojose Arquitetura team in 2024, aimed at high-density urban environment design, emphasizing AI integrated living systems and spatial adaptive functions, reflecting the trend of integrating home work and healthy living in the post pandemic era.

该项目实现了智能温控以及光照系统联动，结合巴西本土气候数据，实现能耗与舒适度平衡。

The project realizes the linkage of intelligent temperature control and lighting systems, combining Brazils local climate data to achieve a balance of energy consumption and comfort.

Apartamento JD

重新定义“独居与共生的边界”

相较于其他项目，Apartamento JD强调与自然共生的理念。同时聚焦都市青年社群互联需求，通过模块化共享空间与数字化社区系统，重新定义“独居与共生的边界”。项目回应全球住房危机与Z世代社交模式变迁，被《ArchDaily》评为“年度最具社会学价值设计”。

Compared with other projects, Apartamento JD emphasizes the concept of symbiosis with nature. At the same time, we focus on the interconnection needs of urban youth communities, and redefine the boundary between living alone and symbiosis through modular shared space and digital community system. The project responded to the global housing crisis and the changes in Generation Z social model, and was named The Most Sociological Value Design of the Year by ArchDaily.

材料运用方面，设计师着眼于冲突质感：再生混凝土粗犷肌理 × 全息投影玻璃的光影流动。

In terms of material application, the designer focuses on conflicting texture: rough texture of recycled concrete × the light and shadow flow of holographic projection glass.
