The office space created by HPD DESIGN for Junmei Company is a new attempt; In terms of space design, we break the traditional manufacturing industrys conventional, rigid and single inherent model, and create a diversified demand and innovative office space.

项目的选址定位于一栋两层的厂房，委托方是一家经营了30年以上的服装制造企业。基于其长远的发展战略与业务拓展需求，期望能在这一空间内实现办公区、展厅、车间的相互融合与高效运作。

The site of the project is located in a two-story factory building, The client is a garment manufacturing company that has been operating for more than 30 years. Based on its long-term development strategy and business expansion needs, It is expected to realize the integration and efficient operation of the office area, exhibition hall and workshop in this space.

为实现均匀的光线漫反射，外立面采用的是规整几何形态的铝制框架与波浪形曲线排布的小孔径穿孔铝板。这种复合构造既确保了光线的定向渗透，又创造出独特的滤光效果。

To achieve a uniform diffuse reflection of light, The facade is structured and geometric aluminum frame with wavy curve arrangement of small aperture perforated aluminum plate. 新材质与旧厂房的建筑结构形成强烈反差。极简线条解构了混凝土的厚重体态，外立面的结构构件与内部留白空间形成戏剧性对话。这种解构与重组的建筑语言，在虚实相生中构筑起充满张力的空间质感。
