小型空间在设计逻辑上来说，当然这里主要讨论的是居住型小型空间，秩序比任何方面可能都重要，它是需求主导设计下的逻辑呈现，特别是在表现和收纳方面，怎样去满足诸多的需求且能有秩序的展现出来是小空间设计亘古不变的法则，也许我们可以从这套莫斯科公寓中能够窥见到诸多的设计细节。

In terms of design logic for small spaces, of course, what we are mainly discussing here is small residential spaces. Order is more important than any other aspect. It is the logical presentation under demand-driven design, especially in terms of performance and storage. How to meet many needs and present them in an orderly manner is the eternal rule of small space design. Perhaps we can get a glimpse of many design details from this Moscow apartment.

莫斯科“LITSA”住宅区一套公寓的内部，面积仅为 75 平方米，其中包括了一个门厅、一个厨房餐厅、一个客厅、一个儿童房、一间主卧室、两个浴室、一间更衣室和一间洗衣房，这基本上囊括了一个完整家庭所涉及到的所有方方面面，在这有限的空间里，设计师通过共享、互通、私密性围合、空间性、收纳等来达成了一个既能满足不同需求的功能空间，又能通过整体语言联系成一个完整家庭系统的案例。

The interior of an apartment in the "LITSA" residential area in Moscow is only 75 square meters, including a foyer, a kitchen-dining room, a living room, a childrens room, a master bedroom, two bathrooms, a dressing room and a laundry room, which basically covers all aspects involved in a complete family. In this limited space, the designer has achieved a functional space that can meet different needs and can be connected into a complete family system through sharing, interconnection, privacy enclosure, spatiality, storage, etc.

在75平方米的空间里布置这样一套多功能复合型家庭房屋虽然相当困难，不过幸运的是，这套公寓位于大楼顶层，能够提供层

3.6米的层高，设计师巧妙地利用了这一资源，规划了公寓的二楼，所有睡眠区都设在这里，楼下是其他房间，包括厨房餐厅客厅、两间浴室和更衣室。

Although it is quite difficult to arrange such a multifunctional complex family house in a space of 75 square meters, fortunately, this apartment is located on the top floor of the building, which can provide a floor height of 3.6 meters. The designer cleverly used this resource and planned the second floor of the apartment. All sleeping areas are located here. Downstairs are other rooms, including the kitchen, dining room, living room, two bathrooms and a dressing room.

因为空间有限，设计师利用体块面的设计逻辑来取得空间的兼容性，我们都知道直线形的体块设计是最贴合空间结构的手法，所以在公寓内没有出现任何复杂且繁琐的形体，尽可能在解决功能的同时也能给动线空间留出余地，化零为整的逻辑是我们在设计小空间中必不可少的设计要素。

Because the space is limited, the designer uses the design logic of block surfaces to achieve spatial compatibility. We all know that the straight block design is the most suitable method for spatial structure, so there are no complex and cumbersome shapes in the apartment. Try to leave room for traffic space while solving the function as much as possible. The logic of integrating the parts into the whole is an indispensable design element in designing small spaces.

使用了白色调色板与各种暖色调的天然材料组合，实用和风格兼具，咖色和灰色以及白色的运用让空间显得干净而有层次；细节上的体现也往往出现在材料本身，因为没足够的空间做造型，所以我们更多的时候会采用一些自带机理的材料来达到空间的细节要求，比如好看的复古面包转，带有自然纹理的天然石材等；固装家具的使用也是一个重要的方面，它能完全贴合我们的空间，小空间一定要处理掉各个角落的死角关系，在后期日常保养和维护中至关重要。

In this project, the designer used a white palette combined with a variety of warm-toned natural materials, which is both practical and stylish. The use of brown, gray and white makes the space look clean and layered. Details are often reflected in the materials themselves. Because there is not enough space for modeling, we often use some materials with their own mechanisms to meet the detailed requirements of the space, such as beautiful retro bread turns, natural stone with natural textures, etc. The use of fixed furniture is also an important aspect. It can fit our space perfectly. Small spaces must deal with the dead angles in each corner, which is crucial in the subsequent daily care and maintenance.

以解决需求的目的出发，表现空间的秩序性就是我们的设计目标。

When designing a small space, we try to create a clean and integrated interface, with materials and colors as the main expressive force. The adequacy of storage also directly determines the cleanliness of the space in the future. The more integrated the things displayed in the small space are, the better. Rather than designing a small space, it is better to say what kind of expression the space can give us. Starting from the purpose of solving needs, expressing the orderliness of the space is our design goal.
