Bundarra Penthouse由玛丽卢·索贝尔室内设计团队（Marylou Sobel Interior Design）完成整体翻新，坐落于澳大利亚新南威尔士州贝尔维尤山，以开放通透的格局与精致奢华的氛围，重塑顶层公寓的居住体验。项目依托开阔阳台与景观视野，打通公共区域动线，用统一的石材、木作与色调，将当代设计与艺术藏品融合，呈现连贯且高级的空间气质。

The Bundarra Penthouse was fully renovated by the Marylou Sobel Interior Design team. It is located in Bellevue Hill, New South Wales, Australia. With an open and transparent layout and a refined and luxurious atmosphere, it redefines the living experience of the penthouse apartment. The project takes advantage of the expansive balconies and scenic views, connects the public areas, and integrates contemporary design and art collections with unified stone, woodwork and color schemes, presenting a coherent and upscale spatial atmosphere.

公共区域采用开放式布局，流畅衔接客厅、餐厅与厨房，同时以软装划分功能边界，保留通透感又强化领域感。墙面采用Otsumigaki工艺，随光线呈现细腻肌理，中和中色调木地板的温润，沉静的硬装与窗饰为色彩明快的家具提供柔和背景，让艺术陈设成为视觉焦点。客厅旁定制隐形柜体吧台，移门闭合时整洁利落，开启后展露绿色石英石与黄铜层架，兼具实用与美学价值。

The public area adopts an open layout, seamlessly connecting the living room, dining room and kitchen. Soft furnishings are used to delineate functional boundaries, maintaining transparency while enhancing the sense of distinct areas. The walls are made with the Otsumigaki technique, presenting delicate textures in response to light, neutralizing the warmth of the medium-toned wooden floor. The calm hard decoration and window ornaments provide a soft backdrop for the brightly colored furniture, making the artistic displays the visual focal point. A custom concealed cabinet bar is placed beside the living room, and when the sliding door is closed, it is neat and tidy. When opened, it reveals green quartzite and brass shelves, combining practicality and aesthetic value.

厨房以弧形线条柔化柜体轮廓，拓展收纳与操作尺度，全嵌入式家电与专属咖啡区提升日常使用效率。中岛整合储物、吧台与餐桌，台面选用洞石搭配定制黄铜框架，配以艺术感黄铜吊灯，成为空间视觉核心。厨房后方设置隐藏式备餐间，满足烘焙爱好者的收纳与操作需求，纹理壁纸与银石搭配，隐形插座保持立面简洁完整。

The kitchen softens the contours of the cabinets with curved lines, expanding the storage and operation space. Fully integrated appliances and a dedicated coffee area enhance the daily usage efficiency. The island combines storage, bar counter, and dining table functions. The countertop is made of travertine with a custom brass frame, complemented by an artistic brass pendant light, forming the visual core of the space. A hidden meal-prep room is set up at the back of the kitchen to meet the storage and operation needs of baking enthusiasts. The texture wallpaper and silver stone are combined, with hidden sockets maintaining the simplicity and completeness of the facade.

原书房被改造为舒适休闲区，温暖中性色调与柔软家具营造放松氛围，定制脚踏兼具茶几功能，罗马帘提升细节质感。整墙定制柜体满足电视安置与藏品展示需求，开放格与封闭柜结合，兼顾秩序与个性表达。阳台延伸至主卧区域，保留原有混凝土桌椅，增设柱体灯光与顶面射灯，适配晚间社交与观景需求，实现室内外空间的自然过渡与氛围统一。

The original study room has been transformed into a comfortable and relaxing area. The warm neutral tones and soft furniture create a relaxing atmosphere. The custom footstools also serve as coffee tables. The Roman curtains enhance the texture of the details. The custom wall cabinets meet the needs for TV placement and display of collections. The combination of open shelves and closed cabinets balances order and individual expression. The balcony extends to the master bedroom area. The original concrete tables and chairs are retained, along with additional column lights and ceiling spotlights, which are suitable for evening socializing and viewing, achieving a natural transition and unified atmosphere between indoor and outdoor spaces.
