项目坐落于苏州古城腹地，依傍小桥流水的诗意河岸。得天独厚的地理位置，浸润着深厚的苏式人文底蕴，也为空间赋予了独属于姑苏的温婉气质与地域灵魂。

This residence is situated in the heart of the ancient city of Suzhou, beside the poetic riverbanks lined with small bridges and flowing streams.Its exceptional geographical location is steeped in profound Suzhou-style cultural heritage, endowing the space with the gentle elegance and regional spirit unique to Gusu.

中古风 / 侘寂风的经典锥形实木底座落地灯，类似1950-60年代的锥形木艺落地灯（如 Vintage Scandinavian Wooden Cone Base Floor Lamp）

哑光漆面的柔和肌理，与实木柜体的温润质感相互中和；做旧地砖带着岁月的沉淀，为空间铺就了温暖的底色。百叶格栅柜门则是点睛之笔，以线条的韵律打破了厚重感，为空间注入了呼吸与灵魂，让木的温润、漆的柔和、砖的质朴，在光影流转中相映成辉。

The matte paint’s soft texture balances the warm solid wood cabinets. Aged tiles lay a warm foundation with the patina of time. The louvered doors, as the finishing touch, break the heaviness with rhythmic lines, breathing life and soul into the space. Wood’s warmth, paint’s softness, and tiles’ simplicity glow in harmony with light and shadow.

Centered on the ethos of "return to authenticity," this design upholds the iconic "Less is more" philosophy.It strikes a perfect balance between order and relaxation, creating a living space that exerts timeless elegance and modern comfort.

The true quality of a home lies not in elaborate ornamentation, but in its warm textures and relaxed sense of breath.

单人酋长休闲椅（Chieftain Chair），由丹麦传奇设计师 Finn Juhl 在 1949 年设计

业主夫妇常年往返于全国各地，见惯了都市繁华，也住遍各地高端酒店，唯独对上海璞丽【The PuLi Hotel and Spa】与广州文华东方【Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group】的气质情有独钟。

The homeowners, a couple who frequently travel across the country, have experienced the hustle of urban life and stayed in numerous luxury hotels, yet they have a particular fondness for the understated elegance of The Puli Shanghai and Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou.

他们期待在叱咤职场、奔波旅途之后，回到家中能卸下所有疲惫，拥有一处宁静、松弛、自在的心灵归处。空间摒弃冰冷生硬的黑白灰极简格调，也拒绝繁复线条堆砌的法式繁复美学，更偏爱温润内敛、柔和治愈的氛围，以材质温度与柔和光影，营造归家即心安的舒适感。

After busy careers and constant travels, they long for a tranquil, relaxed, and free private retreat where they can fully unwind upon returning home. Rejecting the cold minimalism of black, white, and grey palettes, as well as the ornate excess of French-style intricate detailing, they prefer a warm, restrained, and soothing ambiance. The design relies on tactile, warm materials and soft, layered lighting to create a comforting space that instantly calms the mind the moment they step inside.

置于书桌的台灯为安达仕酒店系列台灯，由季裕棠设计

为此，我们通过大量文献梳理与实地探访，深入解读上海璞丽与广州文华东方两大酒店的空间气质与文化底蕴，精准提炼御用设计师在材质运用、色彩基调及空间氛围营造上的核心手法。将这些设计语言转译并融入私宅空间，既呼应业主对两座酒店同源气质的情感共鸣，又落地他们对家的宁静、松弛与归属感的真实期待。

To this end, we conducted extensive literature research and on-site visits to deeply interpret the spatial character and cultural heritage of The Puli Shanghai and Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou. We precisely extracted the core design principles of their exclusive designers in material application, color palette, and spatial atmosphere creation. These design languages were translated and integrated into the residential space, echoing the owners’ emotional resonance with the shared temperament of the two hotels, while fulfilling their genuine expectations for a home that is tranquil, relaxed, and full of belonging.

顶面与地面的材质与边界处理，完成了空间的无形划分，在保持整体通透感的同时，也为功能区建立了清晰的秩序。

The material and boundary treatments of the ceiling and floor achieve an invisible division of the space, establishing clear order for functional zones while maintaining an overall sense of openness.

这种 “无形分隔” 的巧思，既没有用生硬的墙体切割空间，也避免了开放式布局的涣散感。顶面的线条与地面的材质形成上下呼应，让动线的引导自然而克制，行走间，视线随着光影与材质的变化缓缓推进，空间的秩序感便在无形之中建立起来，既通透开阔，又层次分明。

This clever "invisible separation" avoids both the rigid fragmentation caused by solid walls and the lack of focus common in open-plan layouts. The ceiling lines and floor materials echo each other from above and below, guiding circulation in a natural and understated way. As one moves through the space, the gaze gently follows the shifts in light, shadow, and material, and the sense of order is established invisibly—creating a space that is both open and layered.

过道地面复刻THE PULI酒店御窑金砖意象，哑光仿古砖面传递温润禅意

设计师 Jaya Ibrahim 亦是女主人尤为欣赏的设计大师，其设计所呈现的东方克制美学、温润材质表达与静谧空间氛围，高度契合业主的审美偏好，成为本案重要的灵感内核。

The designer Jaya Ibrahim is also highly admired by the female homeowner.The charm and stylistic hallmarks of Jaya’s design align perfectly with the homeowners’ aesthetic sensibilities.

装饰画QT Gallery由青年艺术家吴麟琪手工绘制

空间尽头的大幅装饰画，为定制尺寸的手工立体油画。以深邃黑为基底，随性的白色线条勾勒出流动的韵律，手工绘制的肌理自带凹凸质感，在光影下呈现出丰富的层次变化。它作为视觉焦点，既平衡了深木色柜体的厚重感，也为温润内敛的空间注入了艺术张力与呼吸感。

The large decorative painting at the end of the space is a custom-sized handmade three-dimensional oil painting. With a deep black base, casual white lines outline a flowing rhythm. The hand-drawn texture has its own concave and convex texture, and under the light and shadow, it presents rich layering changes. As a visual focal point, it not only balances the heaviness of the dark wood cabinet but also injects artistic tension and breathing sensation into the warm and restrained space.

开放式客餐区通透流畅，家具摆放遵循 “不贴墙、留动线” 原则，沙发围合出舒适社交区，岛台与长桌则界定出餐厨功能区，实现空间流动与功能分区的完美共生。

The open living and dining area is airy and fluid. Furniture is arranged following the principle of "keeping away from walls and reserving circulation paths."The sofa forms a cozy social zone, while the island and dining table define the kitchen and dining functional areas, achieving a perfect integration of spatial flow and functional zoning.

深棕木梁作为视觉骨架，横向划分顶面层次，既强化了空间的结构感，又通过光影变化赋予立面叙事性

在本案的宁静质朴基调中，石材、木饰面与金属并非孤立的材料元素，而是相互对话、共同构建空间气质的核心语言，三者的克制运用，让空间既有温润的烟火气，又不失内敛的高级感。

In this tranquil and unpretentious space, stone, wood veneer, and metal are not isolated material elements, but core languages that dialogue with each other to build the spatial temperament. Their restrained application infuses the space with both the warmth of daily life and understated sophistication.

从餐厅到厨房，是烟火与静谧的温柔过渡。暖光流淌过木质肌理，玻璃隔扇晕开朦胧的边界，让烹饪的日常与相聚的暖意，都成了空间里流动的诗。

From the dining area to the kitchen, it is a gentle transition between warmth and serenity. Warm light flows over the wooden textures, and the glass partition softens the boundaries, turning the routines of cooking and the warmth of gathering into a flowing poem within the space.

设计的巧思，在于留白与共生。绿植墙作为空间的 “生命体”，在此并非单纯的装饰，而是与木质沉稳形成视觉对冲的生机。暖灯点亮的瞬间，设计便有了温度 —— 它让阅读变得舒适，让绿意变得生动。

Designs subtlety lies in negative space and coexistence. The green wall, the space’s living heart, is no mere decor—it brings vivid energy to balance the wood’s quiet poise. The instant the warm lamp glows, design gains its soul: it wraps reading in comfort, and breathes life into the greenery.

木饰面为冰冷的玻璃门窗披上了一层温润的外衣，飘窗的围合感在此刻被推向极致。它用细腻的木质肌理，消解了建筑构建的冷硬棱角，也为光线铺就了一条温柔的 “缓冲带”。

Wood veneer wraps the cold glass doors and windows in warmth, maximizing the bay window’s sense of seclusion. Its fine grain softens the building’s harsh edges and paves a gentle "buffer zone" for light.

主卧以 “静谧疗愈” 为核心，延续了公共空间温润克制的气质，打造一处完全松弛的休憩秘境。

The master bedroom centers on "serene healing," continuing the warm and restrained tone of the common areas to create a fully relaxed retreat.

背景墙采用分段式软包硬包设计，以浅米灰哑光材质搭配极细黑色线条勾勒轮廓，在视觉上拉高层高的同时，也形成了柔和的包裹感。深胡桃木色的通顶衣柜与温润人字拼木地板呼应，与浅色系墙面形成冷暖平衡，弱化了柜体的厚重感。

The accent wall features segmented soft and hard paneling in a matte light beige finish, outlined by ultra-thin black lines. This design elevates the perceived ceiling height while creating a gentle sense of enclosure. The full-height dark walnut wardrobes echo the warm herringbone wood flooring, balancing the light-toned walls and softening the cabinetry’s substantial presence.

原本独立的卧室不再是隔绝的角落，而是以开放的格局，与客厅、走廊形成流动的视野。木色的温润从公共区自然延伸至私密区，光影在无界的空间里自由穿梭，让家不再是一个个割裂的房间，而是一个完整、呼吸感十足的整体。

What was once a separate bedroom is no longer an isolated corner.Through an open layout, it creates a flowing visual connection with the living area and hallway.The warmth of wood naturally extends from public zones to private retreats,and light weaves freely through the boundless space.Home is no longer a series of divided rooms,but a complete, breathing, unified whole.

卫生间采用“干湿分离” 的线性布局，以极窄边框玻璃隔断，将淋浴区与如厕区整合于一侧，与台盆区形成通透的动线，既避免了潮湿区域的外溢，也通过通透的玻璃材质弱化了狭长空间的压抑感，让整体动线清晰有序。

The bathroom adopts a linear layout with "wet and dry separation". Using ultra-narrow framed glass partitions, the shower and toilet areas are integrated on one side, forming an open circulation with the vanity zone. This prevents moisture from spreading to other areas, while the transparent glass also softens the sense of confinement in the narrow space, resulting in a clear and orderly flow.

这方空间，是对 “返璞归真” 生活美学的极致诠释。它不张扬、不堆砌，以克制的设计语言，让木的本真、光的温柔、秩序的美感深度融合。

This space embodies the very essence of simplicity and authenticity.Free from ostentation and excess, it uses restrained design to weave the purity of wood, the tenderness of light, and the grace of order into one.It is a home that holds time, calms the heart, endures through years, and embraces the quiet beauty of ordinary life.

家成为沉淀时光、安放身心的居所，既经得起岁月考验，又适配日常真实烟火。

The home becomes a dwelling where time settles and the body and mind find rest—one that stands the test of time yet fits the authentic warmth of daily life.

当夜晚的灯光亮起，这里没有喧嚣，只有灯光流淌的温柔与材质呼吸的质感。当城市的灯火渐次熄灭，这一方天地，便是专属于业主的疗愈秘境。它承载着对远方酒店的共鸣，也安放着对日常松弛的期待，让每一个夜晚，都在静谧与温暖中，卸下疲惫，归于本真。

As the night lights come on, there is no noise here, only the gentle flow of light and the breathing texture of materials. When the city’s lights fade, this small world becomes an exclusive healing sanctuary for the homeowners. It carries the resonance of distant luxury hotels while fulfilling the desire for daily relaxation, allowing every night to be a release from weariness and a return to one’s true self in quietude and warmth.
