从2013年开始，LSD便与万科翡翠滨江项目结缘，这8年，我们一直期待能站在时代和城市语境下，创造一种立于潮流之外的风格，不断发现更适合上海这座城市的“美”并将其表现出来，而这8年的默契合作中我们确实也做到了。

Since 2013, LSD has been associated with the Vanke Emerald Riverside Project. In the past 8 years, we have been looking forward to creating a style that stands outside the trend in the context of the times and the city, and we continue to find that it is more suitable for the city of Shanghai. The beauty of China and express it, and we have indeed achieved it in the eight years of tacit cooperation.

LANDCAPE INTO APARTMENT

上海，百年前的十里洋场，如今的国际大都会，魔都、金融中心、老上海滩、老洋房......任何一个标签下都藏着一段历史或一个故事。而【中興路一號Oriental One】恰好位于上海“一轴三带”的城市版图上，未来将成为上海摩登文化脉络的形象名片之一。

Shanghai, a hundred years ago Shili Yangchang, todays cosmopolitan city, magic capital, financial center, old Shanghai beach, old houses...A piece of history or a story is hidden under any label. And [Oriental One, No. 1 Zhongxing Road] happens to be located on the city map of Shanghais one axis and three belts, and it will become one of the image cards of Shanghais modern cultural context in the future.

而面对这万千秋水，我们只取一瓢——将那份上海深入骨髓的海派儒雅气质抽丝剥茧置入这个场景，并立于未来视角，将此定义为“第二居所”。跳脱传统的生活方式，介于家与会所之间，在设计上糅合家的气质但更关注社交功能，传递一种更现代的精英生活理念。

In the face of these thousands of years of water, we only take a scoop-put the Shanghai-style elegant temperament deep into the bones of Shanghai into this scene, and from the perspective of the future, define this as the second residence. Breaking away from the traditional lifestyle, between the home and the club, the design blends the temperament of a family but pays more attention to social functions, conveying a more modern concept of elite life.

NON-INTERFERENCE

沉稳、雅致十足的家具丰富了空间调性，而低调的颜色和造型，又将更多的想象空间留给了窗外的景和身处其间的人。

The calm and elegant furniture enriches the spatial tone, while the low-key colors and shapes leave more imagination space for the scenery outside the window and the people in it.

这里，感受到的是一份温暖的细水长流的烟火生活气息。在方正序列的组合中，一幅画便是主角，意识流式的表达形式，艺术的气息始于画上，慢慢地跳出画框，游走于空间之间。

Here, what is felt is a warm scent of life with long flowing fireworks. In the combination of Fangzheng sequence, a painting is the protagonist, a stream of consciousness expression. The breath of art starts from the painting, slowly jumping out of the frame, and wandering between spaces.

家具最有趣的地方就在于它的出现，为所在的空间增色和添新的维度。紧凑的节奏、庄重不失儒雅的造型、不同层次的色感搭配，都构成了独特的性格与情绪，与整体空间相衬，呈现了温润如君子雅士的氛围。

The most interesting part of furniture is its appearance, which adds color and new dimensions to the space. The compact rhythm, the solemn and elegant shape, and the different levels of color matching constitute a unique character and emotion, which complement the overall space and present a gentle and elegant atmosphere.

作为第二居所，在功能和风格上更不用设限，这里既是工作室亦是美妆收藏室。略显浮夸的颜色置于黄浦江边繁华的夜景下，反而显得相得益彰。

As a second residence, there is no need to set limits in terms of function and style. This is both a studio and a beauty collection room. The slightly exaggerated colors are placed under the bustling night scene by the Huangpu River, but they complement each other.

以物载意，以情叙事，恰到好处的灯光氛围，红色玻璃花瓶在镜面下的双重视觉重叠效果，迷离又充斥着故事感。

Containing meaning with objects, narrating with emotion, with just the right lighting atmosphere, the double visual overlapping effect of the red glass vase under the mirror surface, the blur is full of story.

质朴典雅的木纹深浅相间，隐约间带有涅金光泽，空间色彩低调稳重，结合软装饰品素雅细腻的肌理，纯粹而富有张力。大落地窗引进自然光景，空间充满了流动感，散发着一股由衷的治愈调性，慵懒雅致的生活气息扑面而来。

The simple and elegant wood grains are alternated in dark and light, with a faint golden luster, the space color is low-key and stable, combined with the elegant and delicate texture of the soft decorations, pure and full of tension. The large floor-to-ceiling windows introduce natural light, and the space is full of fluidity, exuding a heartfelt healing tone, and the lazy and elegant life breath rushes to the face.
