这些跨越半个世纪的建筑大师们没有停止过住宅空间的感受，拆解与再定义。站在这间齐临珠江的大宅边，“家是一种感受”，在现代与摩登的创作手法之上，我们更希望探讨大宅氛围，空间体验，与视觉美感之间的完美平衡。

These architectural masters, spanning half a century, never ceased to explore and redefine residential spaces. Standing beside this grand residence overlooking the Pearl River, we are reminded of a line from The Shape of Water, Home is a feeling. Yes, through modern and contemporary creative methods, we aim to achieve a perfect balance between family atmosphere, spatial experience, and visual aesthetics.

空间的特点来自于270°敞开式湖景，与360°全方位采光，但问题也同样明显：过长的动线带来日常生活的不便；而湖景亦是被不同的功能空间断开。通过加强空间的穿插链接，减少动线的枯燥。设我们认为，卧室空间只有在睡觉的时候才是卧室，而在日常，其隐私性可以为景观让步。围绕湖景而来，链接客厅、走廊与卧室区域，全面打开湖景视野，通过时间换空间的方式，把所有视野在特定的时间共享给所有空间，完整呈现一线湖景。

The characteristics of the space come from the 270 ° open lake view and 360 ° all-round lighting, but the problem is also obvious: the long flow line brings inconvenience to daily life; And the lake view is also separated by different functional spaces. By strengthening the interweaving links in the space, the dullness of the flow can be reduced. We believe that the bedroom space is only a bedroom when sleeping, and in daily life, its privacy can be compromised by the landscape. Centered around the lake view, connecting the living room, hallway, and bedroom area, fully opening up the view of the lake view, and sharing all views with all spaces at specific times through the exchange of time and space, presenting a complete line of lake scenery.

The design philosophy of the ideal residence not only focuses on aesthetics but also emphasizes sustainability and the experience of the residents. We simplify and return to innocence, expressing a pure lifestyle attitude through sensitive and deconstruction design. We believe that the quality of life does not require luxurious embellishments but rather meticulous details and carefully selected materials.

理想住宅的设计理念不仅关注美学，更注重可持续性和居住者的感受。我们去繁存简，回归纯真，通过感性而解构的设计来表达一种纯粹的生活态度。我们相信，生活的品质无需用豪华堆砌，而是通过细致入微的细节和精细筛选的材料来实现。

天然大理石、天然实木、石灰基艺术涂料和再生玻璃等环保材料的使用，不仅赋予空间独特的质感和视觉冲击力，也带来了更加健康和适宜的居住体验。

The use of environmentally friendly materials such as natural marble, solid wood, lime-based artistic coatings, and recycled glass not only gives the space a unique texture and visual impact but also enhances a healthier and more suitable living experience.

Communication is at the heart of this grand residences design. Here, we have meticulously crafted an oversized communal area to meet the needs of family gatherings and shared activities. With picturesque river views, the spacious and bright living room seamlessly connects to a semi-open kitchen and dining area, serving as the focal point for family interaction and communication. Whether cooking together with family or enjoying joyful moments in the living room, each moment is filled with warmth and beauty.

会客厅 山水笔墨

以方寸之地，

见万象新生。下沉式庭院绿意造景，山

水寸境在理想中落成。觅一份悠然性情，起承转折处，皆是言有尽意无穷的内敛格局。“闹”中取静，以一室禅意侘寂，与古朴雅致，定义纯粹诗境，回归内心本初。

In this small space, one can witness the birth of countless new scenes. A green landscape is created in the sunken garden, and the miniature landscape of mountains and rivers comes to life in the imagination. Searching for a sense of tranquility, every twist and turn embodies an introverted design that speaks volumes yet leaves room for endless imagination. Seeking serenity amidst the hustle and bustle, the interior space is defined by Zen simplicity and rustic elegance, creating a pure poetic realm that returns one to their original nature.

空间似有无限趣味横生，蜿蜒迂回的曲线在娓娓道来的节奏感以及横竖错落层次中，流动生发出更多的灵气，浑融与典雅。规则与不规则的艺术，在阔绰的自然光影下，空间的体块与楼层之间，建立出自在的尺度。

The space seems to exude boundless charm and fun, with the sinuous curves flowing gracefully in a rhythmic pattern and the alternating layers of horizontal and vertical elements, generating a sense of vitality, harmony, and elegance. The art of regularity and irregularity, under the generous natural light and shadow, establishes a comfortable scale between the spatial masses and the floors.

打通室内外空间关系，室内与建筑景观进行融合表达，让人与空间，人与自然间展开更多对话。会客厅与品酒休闲区以景相对，而窗外生机绵延，与室内气韵缱绻相融，共得一方自在天地。

Connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces, the interior design integrates with the architectural landscape, encouraging more dialogue between people, space, and nature. The living room and wine-tasting area face each other with scenic views, while the vitality outside the window flows seamlessly into the indoor atmosphere, creating a harmonious and relaxed space.

餐厅 闲庭信步

光与影，是自然及人为的艺术。餐厅吧台与花园、与湖景相互依偎。窗边倒映出水光粼粼，随时间游移变化，带给空间更多的灵动性。沿着窗户一侧湖景设置茶台，或静坐小酌，或杯盏满座，独影情调与狂欢喧嚣皆怡情可得。整个餐厅近水围坐，与酒言欢，兴意而聚，说地谈天花园、湖景景、酒柜、吧台、厨房岛台，非一致的线性语言，视觉上独立又交织，勾勒灵活多变的空间尺度。

Light and shadow are the artistry of both nature and human creation. The restaurant bar intimately intertwines with the garden and the lake view. The shimmering reflections on the windowpanes dance with the passage of time, infusing the space with a heightened sense of vitality. Alongside the window, facing the lake, a tea table is set up, offering a serene spot for quiet contemplation over a sip or a lively gathering around a full table, where solitude and revelry coexist harmoniously. The entire restaurant embraces the water, inviting guests to gather and rejoice over drinks, indulging in conversations that range from the garden and lake scenery to the wine cabinets, bar counters, and kitchen islands. These elements, though not adhering to a uniform linear language, visually stand alone yet intertwine, sketching out a flexible and ever-changing spatial dimension.

茶室 红袖添香

被自然环绕的空间内安放着漫游的诗意与情绪，在这其中，人、影、物、自然相连，空间通透任旷达奔放恣意，清幽许独处自在逍遥，在喧嚣里幽独此种情调，品鉴尽欢。

空间格局破而立新，塑通透阔达，主张以现代手法，缀以中古之意。在顶面及立面，通过造型、材质、造型、曲线的组合变化多元落笔，排比叠加着秩序，生长古雅气息的艺术张力，消解了每一个俗常里的平淡。

In a space embraced by nature, there resides a wandering poetry and emotion. Here, people, shadows, objects, and nature are interconnected, creating a transparent space that allows for boundless creativity and expression. The serene ambiance permits solitude and tranquility, offering a secluded respite from the hustle and bustle. This unique mood invites one to appreciate and enjoy to the fullest.

The spatial layout breaks with tradition and innovates, shaping a transparent and expansive design. It advocates a modern approach with a touch of mid-century aesthetics. Through the combination of various forms, materials, and curves on the ceiling and facade, the design explores multiple expressions, layering and emphasizing order, fostering artistic tension with a sense of elegance and antiquity, and dispelling the monotony of the mundane.

卧室

云卷云舒

生命情调与自然景象相互交融，既有鲜活的生活气息，也带着幽幽的禅意，简素里的淡雅藏匿由心舒适的尺度，以润物细无声的形式悄然融入日常记忆。

The sentiment of life and natural scenery blend harmoniously, embodying both the vivid essence of daily life and a profound sense of Zen. Within simplicity lies an elegant refinement that fosters a sense of comfort, seamlessly integrating into daily memories in a subtle and unassuming manner.

主卧格局以套房的形式，卧室玄关、男/女主人衣帽间、书房休憩与书桌的倚靠，分离式卫生间满足多种生活需求，环形动线延伸至衣帽间，纵深感与视觉延伸的同时，塑造了多维角度的空间沉浸感。

The master bedroom layout is designed in a suite-style format, with a half-wall partition serving as a lean-to for rest and a desk. A three-separate bathroom meets various lifestyle needs, while the circular traffic flow extends to the walk-in closet, creating a sense of spatial immersion with both depth and visual extension from multiple perspectives.

日常里的有序与无序在空间中相互渗透，将琐碎的细枝末节潜藏在温润调性之下。各个造型柔化了视觉里的棱角，在沉静与暖意间渗透平衡。

Order and disorder in daily life intertwine in the space, hiding trivial details beneath a warm and harmonious tone. The curved shapes soften the visual edges, achieving a balance between serenity and warmth.

卧室藏书架里构建独处的自由维度，展一卷书墨，淡一世心境。半开放式的书房沉浸一隅休闲阅读角，木色与光影陈情，与书香一同陈酿起时间里的哲意。

Within the collection of books, a dimension of solitude is constructed, unveiling a scroll of ink and calming the soul. The semi-open study offers a secluded corner for leisurely reading, where the warmth of wood and the play of light and shadow coexist, brewing philosophical insights along with the fragrance of books over time.
