Quarters位于纽约特里贝卡（Tribeca）一座19世纪阁楼内，是由In Common With创始人Felicia Hung和Nick Ozemba打造的复合型空间，兼具概念商店与社区聚会场所的功能。该项目不仅是对社区文化与工艺精神的致敬，更是协作设计力量的具象化呈现。

Quarters is located In a 19th-century loft in Tribeca, New York. It is a complex space created by Felicia Hung and Nick Ozemba, the founders of In Common With, and serves as both a concept store and a community gathering place. This project is not only a tribute to the community culture and the spirit of craftsmanship, but also a concrete presentation of the collaborative design power.

设计灵感汲取自特里贝卡深厚的艺术底蕴，以及20世纪60年代即兴艺术空间的参与性理念。这座8000平方英尺的空间内，除了常规的卧室、厨房和餐厅，还设有酒吧、图书馆和休息室，能够灵活承接临时装置展览、主题晚宴和各类特别活动。

The design inspiration is drawn from Tribecas profound artistic heritage and the participatory concept of the improvisational art space in the 1960s. In this 8,000-square-foot space, in addition to the regular bedrooms, kitchen and dining room, there is also a bar, library and lounge, which can flexibly host temporary installation exhibitions, theme banquets and various special events.

空间内的家具与装饰品均由Ozemba精心设计或甄选，涵盖In Common With照明系列、修复后的古董家具，以及与艺术家合作的定制作品。此外，Quarters推出了一系列融合多媒介的家具、照明及装饰配件，这些作品以统一的视觉语言、传家宝级设计品质与传统工艺为内核。值得一提的是，Hung和Ozemba在此首次推出的木制家具系列，以手绘错视画表面和可定制镶嵌图案为特色。

The furniture and decorations In the space are all carefully designed or selected by Ozemba, covering the In Common With lighting series, restored antique furniture, and custom works in collaboration with artists. Furthermore, Quarters has launched a series of furniture, lighting and decorative accessories that blend multiple media. These works are centered on a unified visual language, heirloom design quality and traditional craftsmanship. It is worth mentioning that the wooden furniture series launched by Hung and Ozemba for the first time here features hand-painted optical illusion surfaces and customizable inlaid patterns.

Quarters不仅是设计与工艺的展示平台，更是鼓励创新实验的创作空间，它推动合作者将技艺拓展至新材料与新实践中。例如，艺术家Claudio Bonuglia为酒吧区域创作壁画，百年瓷砖工厂则携手艺术家Shane Gabier，共同设计出一系列几何图案瓷砖。

Quarters is not only a platform for showcasing design and craftsmanship, but also a creative space that encourages innovative experiments, driving collaborators to expand their skills into new materials and new practices. For instance, the artist Claudio Bonuglia created murals for the bar area, while the century-old tile factory collaborated with the artist Shane Gabier to jointly design a series of geometrically patterned tiles.
